Gibt immer wieder Betriebsräte und sogar Gewerkschaften, die von Unternehmern und Unternehmerverbänden unterstützt werden und dementsprechend arbeitnehmerfeindliche Haltungen einnehmen.
Und das Machtgefälle innerhalb von Arbeitsverhältnissen sorgt dann dafür, dass sich niemand traut, echte Oppositionn im Unternehmen auszuüben. Dort kann man also gar keinen kritischen Betriebsrat wählen, weil nur konformistische Chefvasallen antreten.
