It’s on protected land. Also maybe I’m just lucky or something but the location isn’t thaaaaat secret if you pass the vibe check and get to know some people. I’ve talked to two different forestry workers who have seen the tree, and I’m just an ordinary outdoorsy dude who talks to people.

"No precedent in American history!" NYT would have defended child labor.

You’re directing your anger at the wrong person. You are being manipulated and used as a pawn/useful idiot. Giving any weight or credence at all to the idea that universal healthcare is complicated or exotic is just propaganda, plain and simple.
NYT opinion does this constantly. They will hem and haw about how the topic du jure is acccccccctually really complicated in order to sow doubt and give legitimacy to points that don’t just stand on their own merit. They also constantly try to distract from disastrous economic issues by trying to divide us with identity politics about race and queerness. It’s all the same tactic: some call it the “gish gallop” and some call it “flooding the zone”.

That also solves the wrinkle problem, as long as you have the climate and real estate for it.

This is what an un-audited military gets you. Auditing the pentagon’s budget is a matter of serious national security. If they don’t submit to one, they are not defending the nation so should be completely defunded.

I wonder how that turned out

Because they think it will increase the profit margins of big conglomerates who bribed the politicians.
These oligarchs are so dumb and short-sighted. I’m sure whatever savings Taylor Farms had from reduced inspections was absolutely eclipsed by the massive demand reduction since nobody wants to eat their dangerous garbage anymore.

Sure but that’s an active choice to go with a fiddly distro. Thats like putting hot sauce on your own food and telling the chef it’s too spicy.

Seriously, the kind of “gotcha” statement that OP is going for is really harmful to the movement because it’s so out of touch and incorrect.

If they had a strong will they wouldn’t have joined an imperial army to begin with. I don’t think there’s much to worry about.

Amazing how much MAGA hated solar power except when it's to help them spy

The number of EVs registered in each state is a matter of public record, so forecasting isn’t that complicated.

I can assure you the vast majority of people in the USA don’t want a war with Canada. Any voices you are seeing stating otherwise are massively amplified by oligarchs and don’t represent reality on the ground.

Wasn’t that speech essentially an expression of regret and admission that he did the wrong thing? That was always the impression I got anyway, and what gives his words even more weight.

We’re talking about people who have never done something interesting in their entire lives. They never make anything, so spending money is their only source of fulfillment.
