Whenever I see political speeches with all these sign waving people behind the speaker, I automatically think it's North Korea style propaganda. It looks entirely staged with the exception of the defensive glass box used to protect against American assassins because apparently Americans are now wanting to get rid of this government. And these politicians clearly know it. They know it so well they create this farce of a show.

We may not have universal healthcare, or low housing costs, or even affordable groceries, but our strong Orange Man can get himself a ballroom and ban bike lanes.
Honestly we probably don't deserve it. I love RAGBRAI (I bike from home to the start every year) and love that we have it, but as the state continues to get redder, dumber, and more hostile to cyclists in general, I'd love to see it move to, say, Minnesota.
They are afraid to ride bikes because they'll quickly be run over or have heart attacks from using their bodies for something besides using their bodies to trample freedom & independence.
