I think the solution is for people who aren't on the Epstein-class payroll to run.
The efforts they go to to make voting more difficult shows that voting is still effective. The results we've seen recently show that the voters want to vote for someone who actually wants to do what they want.
How do we convince a normal person, a citizen, to give up their existence, disrupt everything, and run for office?
There's no chance in heck a normal person can stand up against a war chest of billions of dollars. Fundraising $5 at a time will not stand up against the endless pockets of the machine. Why even bother voting anymore. Your best bet is to just vote for your local mayor and zoning board. You have a better chance of being heard there.
I don't think a normal person has a great chance running for president or US senator, but what about State government? What about local government?

This required a few Republicans to cross party lines to get them released, something they absolutely refused to do to give the Biden administration a win. To be clear, he absolutely could have done more and tried to pull some high road bullshit, but to pretend it's the same as literally actively stopping the probes is fucking bonkers.

This might sound crazy, but until recently, presidents didn’t act like dictators and mostly stayed out of federal investigations because that was a massive conflict of interest. So it was nowhere near Biden’s job to do anything like that. Perhaps you’re too young to remember how this is supposed to work?
Ideally, presidents should never get involved in investigations because that’s a path to dictatorship. But here we are now, I guess.
