Early 2000s for high school. We had showers but unless you were in the semester where you used the pool, no one used the showers. You had no time at all. Not that I'd have wanted to. Undiagnosed autistic, having to wear clothes over a slightly wet body world have been a nightmare. It was during swimming semester.

My father was a stagehand and loved when Dolly had a show in town. She loved tipping and gave my dad like 50 the first time she was there (a lot for a stagehand that doesn't get tipped)

So he took mother out for a fancy dinner and a babysitter for us.

Next time she comes in, he thanks her, telling her it let him get a babysitter for the twins and a nice dinner for his wife.

She tipped him three times as much every time after that!

Peanut butter is delicious but it's basically the neutron star of food calories! Makes me sad.

My jalapeños are growing upwards and show no signs of fruit so I'm...baffled by them. That looks delicious!

Wandering Alchemist. There's people now roaming around the world buying potions, and I can harvest random plants, shove them into a potion, and they'll buy it. Seems good. I'm making money! Maybe! Real life but with people just going "I'll buy a potion with shielding and energy in it!"

Hmm, okay! Maybe I can start mine sooner inside as well next year before planting outside. And plant them with a bit more shade!

Most recently, hearing "Friday I'm in Love" when I stepped into the wawa was weird and disconcerting.

It was, we shall say, unpleasant! I was taking a nap back in 2019, and I suddenly wake up to spitting out shards. Go to my main dentist, she says "Yeah, you'll have to see our surgeon". Which takes a month. I see the surgeon. 5 minutes at most "Yeah we can't do that shit here, here's a referral." A week later, go in. "Yeah, we'll surgery you, probably late January. Maybe late February.

But what about the sharp pointy bits in my mouth? They got those rounded off so they wouldn't cut my mouth (the tooth wasn't fully still in my jaw, it had a tiny part through the gum).

What about pain? IDK. Didn't hurt, shockingly like that. For the surgery itself they only gave me the big ibuprofen after insinuating I was a druggy, then felt bad when I explained I just wanted the big ibuprofen cause taking a handful of small ones makes my stomach sick.

I could make that side of my jaw click which turns out. Jaws should not do that.

It would have gotten so weird with Joss! Now it gets to live in my brain where it only gets mildly weird!

One of mine came in sideways like that. Shattered in my jaw eventually. Had it removed right before everything closed down from covid.

My mother said she knew we wouldn't have kids because me and twin would carry our dolls around by their feet and let their heads hit the ground.

Maybe it was she hoped we didn't lol

Cats appear when you go "hmm would like another cat" and then they sidle up to you and scream and you have a new goblin child. None of this breeding stuff.

Made Tuscan beans or marry me beans or whatever. Instead of chicken, white beans. Ate it with bread and butter. It was nice!

My mother was from Montana which is why I know. I know Billings more though.

Still running a 99.7 fever so no chores today. Well. I did a load of laundry and will make dinner, hopefully.

Twin bought us both the remaster of the Lord of the Rings: War on the North. It's fun! The Save system is still wild. The npc in the party actually can use his secret finding ability. In the old game I could only find a third of the secrets because the npcs did shit all.

I took a weed. I'm tired and want to sleep.

Playing the beta of Wandering Alchemist. I don't have much money, I should go walkies.

However, most cats do not have infinite patience for me petting them!

I don't can enough to post enough in there canning, but I'm hoping it's just well, we're all waiting for fall and the harvests!
