Pulling a rule out of a hat

Reply in thread

Dude I love the game setting so much. The region where firearms begin being developed is one where a wizard king and a rival necromancer dropped magical spell nukes that destabilized all magic across the landscape

So local wizards turn to firearms or finding obscure and inadvisable ways to mess with destabilized magic

Cursed knowledge

Like there wasn't a life stage where we put everything that fit in our grubby little hands in our mouths, just like for the experience of it.

Did Sad_detective_toddler actually think various rocks and dirt were food? No. Did he want to know what granite tastes like though? You fucking bet

What was your experience with cheating (romantic) like?

High school best friend's first, long-term girlfriend became infatuated with me when we met. The more unavailable I tried to be, the more limerance I caused in her. I eventually started to crack because I wasn't use to the attention and being pursued at all. It got ugly, I damaged that friendship irreparably but at least she realized I was kind of a piece of shit once she finally got to know me. Not soon enough for it to not be a disaster for everyone though.

How it feels to try and get Plex to import all your torrented media

Reply in thread

The file structure it requires. It's hard to pull off without breaking your torrents and after that it still will arbitrarily decide a file isn't the type for the library you're trying to import it into.

For a couple years I was getting around this by just keeping all my stuff in a single library and using the collections feature with all its options to make my own categories for standup, TV, and stolen YT videos. But today not even that lax of a setup could allow for some foreign films I wanted to add. It will just ignore movies or shows that it REALLY wants you to create an additional "other media" library for with no metadata
