The fact that this is a real image is infuriating
I want this picture on a sticker so I can put it on every Tesla I see.

University in Sweden is free for swedish citizens, it used to be free for foreign students as well, but since some years ago the universities are allowed to put fees on foreign students. Dont remember the exact details of how it works. Edit: looked it up, still free for people from EU, EES and Switzerland, and people living in Sweden with a resident permit.

Yes, and people with power, people with connections, and people who are rich will always benefit from crises. Naomi Kleins The shock doctrine explains this very well in a modern context.

Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense to Include Vegan Military Rations From December 2024
Reply in thread
I would guess that there are many different roles in the military that isn't about shooting enemies in the face with a rifle, like communication, logistics, clearing mines and many more. Ukraine is also conscripting so even if you would rather not be in the military you might not have a choice. Having food that aligns with people's personal beliefs show that they actually respect their citizens beliefs in the ways they can even in the shitty situation that has been forced upon them. Russia would probably not do this.

Trump v. Greenland

I live in the socialist paradise Sweden and have three rifles for hunting, my wife has two, my mom three. Some of my friends have pistols for sports shooting. I don't get why Americans think guns only exist in America. Also, we currently have a right wing government. Funny thing is that is was the social democrats who made the laws that anyone could own rifles for hunting as it used to be only the land owning people who had that right before, the parties on right opposed that because they were afraid the rifles would be used to start a revolution or something.

Active ear protection become passive when the batteries fail. The active part is that they have microphones on the outside so that you can hear normally with them on. I do agree though that noice cancelling headphones should not be used as hearing protection.

Jämtlands SD-ledamot: Låt fler civila bära vapen
Reply in thread

Have been running Tumbleweed on an old laptop for a couple of years that I update now and then, only time something broke was when plasma 6 was released and that was because of third party themes, reset to standard themes and everything worked again. Also have a gaming computer running Tumbleweed since October that i update almost daily, no issues yet on that one.

I bought some TP link Kasa plugs and a couple of years later when I wanted some more the Kasa brand was discontinued and replaced by Tapo in Sweden. Tapo and Kasa only work with their own separate app so I would have had to have two separate apps even though both were TP link. Never bought any more smart plugs.
