Remember when NFTs sold for millions of dollars? 95% of the digital collectibles are now probably worthless.
I'm sure they were a great way to launder money at the time.

MAGAt loses his federal job
I bet his flag is down just for selling purposes. He probably blames Joe Biden.

Which areas of Linux would benefit most from further standardization?
Reply in thread
I really don't understand this. I put a fairly popular Linux distro on my son's computer and never needed to touch the command line. I update it by command line only because I think it's easier.
Sure, you may run into driver scenarios or things like that from time to time, but using supported hardware would never present that issue. And Windows has just as many random "gotchas".

A big bright screen uses more battery. They could make the phone slightly thicker to accommodate a bigger battery.

What would get you "back to the office"?
I moved during the pandemic when we were all remote. But let's pretend I went back to the office near where I used to live.
I would expect it to be an inviting, colorful environment. Put effort into decorating . Give me an office with windows, and a door. Not a gray cube and off-white walls that feels like I'm going to die in it. Other incentives like a guaranteed parking spot would be fantastic. Maybe provide lunch. I think Google at least used to provide a great office environment.
I would also want more money because transportation is very expensive now. And it takes time. That's less time with my kids and to handle chores properly. Often cost saving chores.

I do see a trend with the conservative base here where getting them to admit they are wrong about ANYTHING is like a personal attack and they simply are not equipped with the emotional prowess and maturity needed to learn from it.

Throwing food away because capitalism
When I worked at Ruby Tuesday, any time a wrong order was made, or something was sent back for any reason, it would get thrown out. They wouldn't give it to their employees, they wouldn't donate it. This was back in 2007. But I thought it was pretty crappy then. Not sure if they still do this.
