Covid time was personally great for me. Vietnam locked things down. We had food delivered. We didn't get sick. At home with the wife and kid. Watching movies and tv. Playing games. Making the second kid. I worked from home for something like 6 to 9 months because my office is in a neighboring province and VN didn't allow travel between provinces until a later relaxing of restrictions after vaccines became available.

It was some of the best times for me. At home with the family just hanging out and not getting sick. I realize a lot of people got sick and many died.

Just say no to tubes. I'd go with the Merak and the Fosi S3 streamer. Connect the Merak to the S3 using the optical connections. Connect the TV using the RCA inputs. Also have bluetooth and a nice app. Have a great streamer and pre-amp. Has subwoofer output.

#2 start with the bag that has the oldest roast date.

#3 tape over the valves of all the unopened bags, put them in individual ziplock bags, and put them in the freezer.

I have roughly a 2kg back log of coffee right now. I started a subscription of really nice beans for brewing at home and restocked my daily bean supply for brewing at the office then a deal on some beans with flavors notes I have been chasing came up. I have one bag open at home and one bag open at work. Everything else is in the freezer (tape over the valve and bag inside a ziplock).

If I was in a decent size city in the USA, I'd probably not bother with a subscription.

Option 2: end of one bag and the beginning of the next for a surprise blend cup.

I am frequently surprised at how good these blends turn out to be.
