Figured it might be appreciated here. Also a bonus: Just figured out that you can use the espresso wand with chocolate milk to make hot cocoa.

That’s a great idea. I’ll have to try it. Another thing you can use it for is water for your americano. Sounds weird, but it actually makes a big difference. I don’t like americanos but my wife does and I usually make them for her, and one day I switched to steaming the water instead of boiling it and she asked why it tasted so much better than usual. Maybe give it a try if you like them.
That's interesting, I'll have to give it a try. I don't make americanos often but I've just been running the espresso machine without grounds for the hot water... And as a way for me to make it equal parts without measuring lol.

Those are my wife and I's racing metals from 5ks, half, and full marathons. The one thats showing is the 2025 Detroit International full marathon. Unrelated to coffee but a super cool race.
Gooseneck kettle and Encore but no visible pour over kit. Troubling.
The kettle is the latest addition for my wife to make her matcha. The biggest thing I've been missing for myself is a proper milk frothing pitcher.
