I've been a PM for about 7 years and God do I miss waterfall. My team is lucky to get a week or two of testing now and that usually puts us right at code freeze so any issues we find we now have to justify to multiple teams and dev on why it needs to be fixed.

I recently got a programming job and everyone I work with hates having to use AI but it keeps getting forced on us. We're supposed to allot 2-4 hours a week of ai use at a minimum. I got this job because I love programming and solving problems. What's the point of I'm expected to use a stupid robot?

Honestly didn't see me getting past 25. And I wasn't helping myself by being apathetic about my life. walking across streets without looking, driving recklessly, or taking incredibly stupid dares. Ironically I realized I was trans at 25 so I guess a version of me did die there

Yeah with how well this is written, a daily or weekly blog analyzing your feelings would be a great read and possibly have a side benefit of getting a grasp on the "why" and moving forward. Plus creative outlets are amazing at breaking up the dull monotony you're describing
