I think thats the sickest part. She could have said she delights in seeing violent criminals getting rounded up. She could say anything really. Its not like honesty is required of her (in her opinion).

I work with special needs adults. Your experiences, while valid, with many of those that arent so disabled that they actually can engage with society, do not represent those with more extreme versions of this disability.

Often they will never get to experience the fullness of life they could without. Basically, people with Downs who dont have caretakers with means are fucked pretty hard.

Of the 6 I interact with daily, I think they all would rather not have the disability, and 2 have said they would trade places with the guy in the wheel chair that has seizures sometimes, but is otherwise living a normal life.

There are valid points there, and so a concession should be made. I propose congressional dorms. I see no reason why they should have to maintain a full residence in DC.

I'd also prefer if they could vote remotely since I think it would cut back some of the clubhouse antics that go on as well.

I've learned to hate companies that replaced their support staff with AI. I don't mind if it supplements easy stuff, that should take like 15 seconds, but when I have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get to the one lone bastard stuck running the support desk on their own, I start to wonder why I give them any money at all.

People write as though Americans need to stop interacting with the platform, when the solution is really to increase European engagement, which falls on them to do.

They vote on it rather frequently. They do at the moment but it does waffle a bit.

Reminds me of the time I visited Penns Cave in PA. It was cool. It's traversed by boat and part of the tour now is about how much damage running the tours over the century damaged the cave. It's kinda meta.

My favorite part is when they show you "the chimes" and talk about how tours used to tap them to make a spectacular noise during the tour and how they took millions of years to form but now they're all broken because we are all dumb monkeys.
