'Tis the season
I'm not ready for this. We can't put out Halloween decorations when it's still summer weather.

"Can you finish this in the next hour?" "Nope!"
I need that kind of confidence.

Translation: We at Buc-ees want to be in shithole states that ruin local businesses and give us kickbacks
I've seriously never understood this hype; as far as cool gas stations with shopping amenities go, I've seen great ones in Europe, and I doubt Buccees has anything to add in that realm.

Mostly the Oslo Opera House. Just walking around that slope was very interesting, as it's made of marble and you get a fantastic view of the river during the daytime (but even kind of cool to see it at night, I'm sure).
Then there was just this general tendency, which I think is common in a lot of Nordic countries, for very colorful buildings. Makes everything seem a bit less dreary.

When it breaks laws. My area has two-party consent laws, so recording someone, whether audio or video, without their explicit consent is against the law. Children are often not held to the fullest extent of the law, and if they cannot be held responsible, then they shouldn't have access to such devices until they can be.
I'm not naive to think that these devices will just go away or that the genie can go back into the bottle. But that is where regulation must act to protect people's privacy rights.

That's kind of surprising, since Indiana is one of the "good" red states. If they're not getting helped, no one will.

‘I hate Democrats, but I love Abdul’: voters who left over Gaza return for progressive push
That November, Ahmed – a resident of Troy, Michigan, and an academic staffer at Wayne State University – opted to vote for the Green party’s Jill Stein amid calls to punish Democrats over the administration’s support for Israel.
So, vote for the self-admitted Russian proxy candidate. What a choice.
