Big mistake rule

That's where you actively go "Woah, better spread those handshakes around. If the boss don't sign off on the plans, my word means nothing!" You give them an out. If they're sexist, they may engage with an "heh heh, I know how it is, women!" but if they're cautious they will hopefully just go to being professionally cordial with your partner.

This crazy assassin character, who doesn't know what shampoo is, somehow would bother shaving her armpits

Once survival has gone on for some time (depends on the person), you're going to start making a few 'comfort' decisions. Granted, I wouldn't go raid a CVS for razors but if I found a pair of scissors I might start doing a trim.

Also, hate the feeling of greasy hair, so I'm quick to cut it off or rub dirt all over it if I can't take care of it.

“This Ad contains AI generated performers”

One of those late night skin cream commercials used to be a Rocky Horror-esque scene in my house. Much to our dismay, the last time it came on, we saw the telltale AI face reacting to a bottle on a table. A skin cream, the whole point 'showing' the miraculous results and they generate fake people playing with the bottle.

Can't even watch it ironically anymore.

One In Five Drivers Switches Off The Safety Tech Meant To Save Their Lives

I suspect these are also people who don’t like to use turn signals. They don’t like the car fighting their ill-advised lane change.

The "Lane keep" in my car only seems to see road lines whenever construction is going on and I'm diverted to an odd pattern... Then proceeds to scream at me that I'm leaving my lane as I avoid the giant orange cones to the front of the car.

My "Adaptive Cruise" is set to the farthest back follow distance it can be but brakes very late and always slams on the brakes when a car is fully in a left or right designated turn lane.

I have learned to adapt to the car's 'personality' and keep my thumb on the cruise button so I can click it off when needed or apply throttle before the car can hit the brakes.

There's another thing, when you press the throttle, you override the "automatic" braking. That means homie saw the big sign and floored it on through.

I'm also a Lynch fan. The only time I really watch his movies is when I have a bad fever. I was sweating through my couch, dying to sip water and binging Twin Peaks. It's really the only way to watch, I have to say.

Maybe psychedelics? That might be good too.

Exclusive: Navy weighs renaming carrier slated to honor Black war hero, potentially switching it to Trump

Honestly, it's a job that comes with an implicit "you are worth less than our objectives and your life will be risked if we deem it." No OSHA, no safety regulations (well, militaries have their own regulations...) Get in the barely tested hardware and determine if it'll protect you from a bomb. Also, if you disagree, we'll put you in jail or jack up your life.

That said, countries need armies. Where would Ukraine be if they decided to disarm for security agreements that were then quickly violated? And what if that foe was actually competent?

But, like, post-Vietnam, Americans should've realized they weren't the good guys. It's a shame new people keep getting born and don't realize the whole history of their country...

5km/h is on the low end of the "average" walking speed but waiting at intersections and lights will murder that speed. You could easily be on the upper end of six and then have to wait 5+ minutes at an intersection, bringing you back below a 5.

Give me toxic womanizing female Bond

If, and only if, no one ever references the rest of the Bond canon jokingly. Everyone just plays it perfectly straight. No nods at the camera, nothing. Just like we all looked past the Bond actor changing in the past, everyone is just like "Yeah. That's Bond."

Hell, have her leave flowers at Tracy's grave.

Saying the words "Break dancing" and "she creates her own moves [as why she failed]", to me, proves there's zero need for that to be an Olympic sport.

I've always kind of detested 'judged' sports, not the sports themselves but the idea of judging creative expression on a scale. Like, "We, the panel, have decreed that your moves were not funky fresh. Pop and lock your way to the locker room please."
