Looking for mods
Thanks for all who were interested. I chose mods based on interaction in this community and involvement in other communities, and used that info to appoint those individuals who I believe best fit the nature of this sub.
We are all strangers on the internet and mostly only been here for a few days so let's give it a go and see where it takes us. Looking forward to the adventure with you all!

Is there a way to easily tell if your instance is blocked by another?
Go to the instance main site via web browser (ex: lemmy.world). Don't need to sign in. Scroll to the very bottom of the page. You should see Instance under the UI and Lemmy version. Click on that. It will show you what that instance is federated with and if you scroll to the bottom you can see the ones that are defederated. To easily find your instance do the "find" option in your browser to search directly.
