Took me a minute to decipher that too. But looking it up, the US president in the game mentioned above is a woman. So they are saying “in the game the president is a woman, in real life he (Trump) is just a bitch.”

It’s not a dog whistle when its meaning is plainly and purposefully obvious.

This quote is particularly amusing because the author used en dashes where he should have used em dashes, while making a point about how no one uses em dashes.

The difference is that your average crackhead/tweaker copper thief knows a sketchy scrap yard that will pay them a discounted rate for the copper cable and not ask any questions. It’s unlikely they know where to unload stole fiber optic cable.

The sign is less to discourage theft than to prevent damage by copper thieves who are unaware of the difference and attempt to steal the cable.
