Trump voters heartbroken as he pardons crook who scammed them of millions

The Times UK reports Colorado pig farmer John Long was at home when he got the message that Marian Morgan, a scammer who robbed $20 million from him and thousands of other investors through a Ponzi scheme, was being released from prison less than halfway through her 33-year sentence.

“It was not for good behavior or because she had paid her victims back,” reports the Times. “Morgan was being released because President Trump had commuted her sentence.”

This, reports the Ties, also released the convicted scammer from the restitution payments she owed her victims.

Long, an 80-year-old Trump voter, called the newly freed Morgan “criminally insane,” and warned she’s only “going to suck money out of somebody” else.

MAGA Diehard Turns on Trump After ICE Shatters ‘Storybook Romance’

A three-time Trump voter was left devastated after the immigration policies of the president he repeatedly supported resulted in his wife being taken away.

Tech salesman and former MAGA supporter Brent Jindra, 48, was stunned when Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents detained his wife, Galina Bobreneva, after the couple landed at Burbank Airport in California, The New York Times reported.

“A U.S. citizen just watched his wife get dragged away and had no idea where she was going,” Jindra, who voted for President Donald Trump, 80, because of his promises of strict immigration enforcement, recalled of the day.

Donald Trump's UFC Freedom 250 Fight Lost $30 Million, TKO Says

“TKO’s unique ability to deliver one-on-one live events and experiences was front and center in the second quarter. Nothing illustrates this better than UFC Freedom 250 held in June,” Emanuel said on the company’s Q2 2026 earnings call. “This event was a roaring success for our company, the UFC brand and the sport of mixed martial arts, exposure, earned media, audience expansion and a weekend-long fan experience.”

However, later on the call, TKO CFO Andrew Schleimer acknowledged that with UFC Freedom 250, “we incurred significantly higher-than-normal costs, which we partially offset with sold out global partnerships inventory. As a reminder, we did not sell tickets and therefore did not record any live events revenue. Given the event’s financial profile, which as anticipated, resulted in approximately $30 million loss, our margins at UFC as well as on a consolidated basis, were meaningfully impacted.”

As Trump’s Tariff War With Canada Drags On, This Border Community Suffers Without a Voice

As Canada responds to Trump’s moves with emergency interventions and “buy local” boosterism, significantly fewer Canadians are crossing the border for once-ordinary activities: shopping, eating, fueling vehicles, vacationing or visiting family and friends.

The Sault area lost at least $82.9 million last year in local spending because of decreased crossings, according to an estimate from the International Bridge Administration, which manages the span: $62.7 million on the Michigan side and $20.2 million on the Ontario side.
