Trump supporter is done
Transcript:
I've been a loyal Trump supporter since 2016.
I lost a job, friendships, been smeared online, doxxed, and pressed charges on people who've stalked and harassed me for supporting him.
If Trump doesn't want my support, because I care about the Epstein Files, then I'm done.
Bye.

Imagine losing a job and friendships to worship the star of NBC's The Apprentice.
Imagine thinking you are the victim because you supported trump.
Imagine voting for quite possibly the biggest conman in the 21st century and get surprised when he pulls the rug out from under them.
Imagine there’s no heaven
John, hold on, it's gonna be alright.
How does this come up as enough of an issue at work that your boss takes action on it?
By being a cunt about it every hour of every day with coworkers and customers.
Yeah, you don’t get fired for supporting a political party, you get fired for bringing it up constantly and being an ass.
If you asked my coworkers they wouldn’t know my political views.
Hell, some of my former coworkers didn't even know I was sentient!
Are you sentient?
Hey, whatever, y'know? At the end of the day, does it even matter?
And some of the people online don't even know he's not.
People have called me mysterious before, yes😏
He mentioned doxxing so could be…:
He advocates for Mexican genocide or something, reshares “rapists and drug dealers”, whatever—and his boss/company execs get an emailed screenshot.
Code of conduct says racism bad, he signed it, bye.
(^ pure speculation)
Or because the person you elected has Musk lay you off.
Aka supporting the party that fired you.
Ah, so the same reason christians are "persecuted for their beliefs".
"So are you being persecuted for believing that Jesus was the son of God? No? How about that Jesus sacrificed himself for humanity? Still no? That you should love thy neighbor as you love thyself? Not that either huh?
I wonder what it could be..."
They identify with a political group who's primary recognizable characteristics are publicly wearing an extremely identifiable bright red hat and actively mocking and trolling their perceived opponents even in completely fictitious situations.
It's not much of a leap to say they acted similarly at work and got fired for being an asshole constantly.
@halcyoncmdr @wise_pancake
> actively mocking and trolling their perceived opponents even in completely fictitious situations.
the fucking irony
I've worked with several people that got fired in the last 8 years who claim it was their politics.
True, they all were hard right republicans with Trump/MAGA bumper stickers.
But they all got fired because of their behavior and misconduct. They are just claiming they lost their job for being Trump supporters because suddenly that means it's not their fault and they were persecuted for beliefs and identify, not something they actually did wrong. Nobody really gave a shit about their politics and bumper stickers. Zero self awareness among this crowd; claim the victim cause of who they were then immediately turn around and spew the most foul rhetoric I've ever heard about LGBT youth.
To vote for this idiot you must be an idiot. Yes, everyone who is ok with trump is idiot.
Or a rapist.
Or a felon.
Or?
And!
To be fair he wasn't the star of the apprentice he's just the loudest asshole willing to brag about being on a dumb TV show.
And he was never really “the star”. Everyone who watched that show identified him as the villain. They watched to see how creepy and douchey he would be.
This made me think, in an alternate universe, which already semi-famous TV personality from 20ish years ago would the worst segment of a population worship?
That dog whisperer guy?
40 years ago it was Ronald Reagan.
Dog the bounty hunter?
Y'all forgot about Chuck Norris already?
On a random note, like 10 years ago one of my friends in Colorado (where Dog the Bounty Hunter is from) made a post on a forum trash talking Dog the Bounty Hunter and his wife.
Shortly as afterwards a signed copy of Dog the Bounty Hunters book appeared on my friend's doorstep that said something like:
I should point out, my friend posted online using a user name and not his real name. It's possible that he leaked his real name at some point?
A reality star bounty hunter exhibiting stalker behavior towards people he doesn't like? That honestly makes so much sense. He deserves the shit talking
Imagine losing your own family because they chose to do that.
Oh wait, I don't have to, went no contact years ago.
You’re fired
Being loyal to ANY politician is insane.
+1.
Even if someone wholesome (Mamdani?) somehow took over the Democrats, or any cool party, I would never be "loyal" to them.
Maybe this is my old millennial ass shaking my fist, but I don't get why folks are loyal to influencers. Loyalty should be two way and reciprocal, to friends and family one knows personally, not asymmetrically to someone who makes a living from thousands following them.
Respect and admiration? Fine. But this guy's a poster child for why loyalty is too far. After all, what does Trump think of him?
Seeing “old millennial ass” just seems so wrong.
We’re the young generation, right? We’re like, 25 at most. Right?
I’m 40. Oh my god. I need a Camaro and a broccoli haircut so I can fit in with the hip crowd. Broccoli hair is still a thing right? Haha
Man it goes so fast.
I know.
Curls into ball.
I do have natural broccoli hair, though...
As a gen y (I refuse the notion of being letterless dammit!) I have no idea what broccoli hair means...
It's a perm, but for the youths!
I didn’t either!
Patrick mahomes haircut.
Lol that's exactly what I call it. Whenever I see a group of kids with haircut, I think of them as Mahomies.
Perm up top, shaved sides.
Lucky! :p
At least you still have hair! I started shaving my head a few years ago at 35. Still haven't gotten used to it, but I think it looks better than when it was thinning out in the front and getting stringy.
Not only am I blessed to have a full head of hair, but my younger brother has always been so much more handsome than me. Girls clawed to get to him, they fought to get to him.
It was so funny the other night when I was on a video call with him and his wife, and I don’t even remember the comment that I made, but she pointed out that he was bald, and I had a full head of hair and I nearly lost it.
I’m sorry that probably hurts you. It’s just a win for me, it was always so fucking easy for him. Now he’s bald and mad about it, and here I am with a beautiful lion’s mane.
He could read this comment easily, he knows all of my usernames and shit online.
So hey, I have a full head of hair asshole. Where’s your hair?
It’s so crazy though, everything I ever did, he did it better. Just across the board entirely. Still to this day, shit I busted my ass on for 25 years. He’s doing it better with no effort.
So all I really have is my hair. He has it all, the lucky bastard. It’s only right that he went bald. Nobody should be able to have it all.
Ehhh I made it longer than all the other males on my moms side. They all went bald in their mid 20s. Gotta hurt.
Mine started going grey at 30.
Wait til you hit fifty, it's really disconcerting.
I honestly doubt I will hit 50. That's 10 years from now.
(hehe), sure brother, you're still young. ::cracks open a beer and hands it to you:: have a seat in this lawn chair next to Gen X and tell us about it.
What’s funny to me is I grew up on gen x music and I remember looking up to those guys so much. They all looked like grown folks to me.
Now when I watch the videos, I see kids. It’s crazy.
This is a relatively new thing for me too.
Nah bro. We fucking pogslammed right into middle age. Our TalkBoys are rapidly approaching hearing aids. Our tamagachis are now our actual children.
We old brother.
I really don’t feel like I should be. I mean, physically I guess I do. My back is always hurting.
I wish I could smack it into younger people to do the fucking things that they want to do. They’ll blink their eyes and the world will be belong to the next bunch.
I love Bernie. While I don't agree with him on everything, he's consistently been on the moral right side of most issues. Here he is being arrested for protesting segregation in 1963:
However. If he did even 1% of the things Trump did, I would call him out for it, demand he do better, and support his primary challengers if not. Unconditional loyalty to a politician doesn't keep them in check, and actually harms us all...
Agreed. I like Bernie and AOC not because I always agree with them but because they both seem to be trying to make things better.
*make things better for all, not just themselves
Do you fly a Bernie flag or constantly wear a Bernie hat, or constantly spout Bernie beliefs?
I haven't seen a single flag or hat in months but those people still live among us.
Trump literally told them that he will not need them after this again. No, he does not want or care for their support!
"In four years, You don't have to vote again. We'll have it fixed so good. You're not going to have to vote."
Yeah, describing yourself as a "loyal" politician supporter basically means you'll ignore whatever wrong doing they do and root for your "team".
Being loyal to anyone who doesn't know your name personally is borderline insane.
I can vaguely imagine soldiers being loyal to a general in a war. If a general always seems to find a way to win, even against the odds, I can picture his soldiers being willing to... well not to die for him, but the opposite. I can imagine them being fiercely loyal and trying to protect him because he's making sure they don't die.
You basically plucked the thought from my head as to why I added 'borderline' to that sentence. Yes, in a desperate situation, it's not insane to glom on to the safest option available.
But war has never been a great place for being rife with sane options, it's almost always created by one or more people being insane in the first place and making it their neighbors' problem.
Yeah, the reason why war is worse than hell is because there are no innocent people in hell.
I disagree with you on that. Hell is just God's gator gitmo. The dictator has no review board and has never been consistent about their ethical standards (they claim to have such consistency and such a code, but beyond a few basic principles, ~90% of their code is a direct appeal to authority (might makes right), and independent review finds the consistency claims about as on par with the claims of the current POTUS.)
I feel like that ought to extend to everybody. I'm "loyal" only to the acts/values I'm on board with, and even then, not really, because I'm always open to changing my mind based on new information.
The concept of sticking with someone out of loyalty, regardless of who they are, after they've done something horrible, makes no sense to me, personally.
The closest I could say to being loyal would be AOC and Bernie, since I agree with most of their political stances and the things I do disagree with them on is mostly what I consider non-issues. But I'm definitely not running around waving their flag or wearing a big dumb hat to label myself, and certainly not vehemently defending any political blunder they might make.
There are friends I promised to stick around with
The Cult of Personality

Yeah, I'd be willing to bet he votes R down ballot in all future elections.
He said he’s done with Trump. It’s Vance 2028 baby
I’m betting he’s actively demonstrating on a street corner for trump today.
And drives a mammoth truck with Trump branded truck nuts and a flag waving from the bed.
Know when you get the joke a few minutes after everyone else laughed at it and it's pretty embarrassing?
Imagine being a decade behind the curve.
Too bad they didn't get it before November and locking us in for 4 years.
Anyways, I'm glad all those bad things happened to him.
At least he wasn't a national problem back then.
4 years if we're lucky
The part that chaps my ass about this is.... The damage is already done. Trump can not get voted in again. He's on his second term, of two max.
So all of this shit is too little too late. You fucked up. You fucked everything up. And now you realize the guy is a piece of shit because he won't release a list of rich people who are paedophiles and rapists? A list he's very likely to be on?
This is the line?
Holy shit. Of all the terrible stuff he said he would do, and all of the terrible stuff he actually has done..... And you fucks put him in the office again.
And this is the point where you finally stop supporting him?
The damage has been done, yes, but we can stop further damage. If MAGA finally turns on him for being a prolific pedo, we can roll the clock back on some of this stuff. I'm afraid they're going to have to catch him live with his dick in a minor for his base to believe it, though.
You can't roll back the loss of 100 years of progress. Especially in the sciences since we've already lost a lot of the people, can't roll back the loss of prestige, or the devaluation of the dollar, at least not easily.
Can we though? We've never seen a sitting US president get thrown out of the job forcibly. Some were under investigation, or indicted, but stepped down voluntarily. The courts didn't kick them out of the job.
I do not believe, for a second, that Trump would ever be sensible enough to voluntarily step down. By the time they dragged him through the legal process of ending his term, his term would have ended anyways.
Even if we started today, the time that he would still be in office, actively harming America and Americans, would not change. We are unable to stop him because there's simply too much red tape involved; not that you could find someone to charge, and/or prosecute him.... Which is a whole other problem.
The damage is actively being done and getting worse. It will continue to get worse. And the only thing that could bring this insanity to a rapid conclusion is a radical and illegal act against the man himself. Honestly, I don't expect anyone to be able to "Luigi" Trump.
I mean, it was built before, it can be built again. But yes, some consequences are just abject realities that we have to deal with. We've lost several trillions in market cap so far simply because of his trade war stunts. He is damaging institutions that Americans depend on. He is ruining our national parks and intends to sell them to the highest bidder. The erosion in trust of our commitments. The damage to scientific progress. The cultural divide as he continues to drive us apart by the day. Yeah, it's bad.
I don't think you're wrong that a Luigi type situation is unlikely to happen. But even Hitler had multiple attempts on his life during his time in power. We can hope. And even if an attempt isn't made, he's being chased by nature, too. He is certainly not in good health and doesn't have much longer. He may be unable to finish his term, although he'd have to be in a coma for that to happen.
Honestly, I'm a bit relieved at the current situation, because I wasn't nearly as certain he was done. With incidents like January 6th, all the claims of voter fraud, his clear abuse of systems like presidential pardons and executive orders, I really thought Trump had a genuine chance of overturning the 2-term limit and twisting the US into a bona fide dictatorship.
I'm relieved to see his astounding incompetence finally reaping results in his polling numbers again and again, because it's breaking the spell he seemed to have over half the country. Hell, it's even breaking the allure of fascism in the elections of other countries at this point. His gross incompetence during this presidency is single-handedly moving the whole world a little more to the left.
You overestimate his supporters long term memory. You're still only 6 months in, still 3.5 years left to go. Don't count your chickens before they hatch.
Who would have thought the way to make the world better would be to elect the worst of the republicans, not that other republicans are much better.
First of, Trump is not a Republican. He is Trump. Secondly, Trump has had since his first mandate a nefarious effect in politics worldwide, and he is in part why the far-right and nationalistic movements across the globe, are also rising, through the spread of misinformation on the Internet, that transcend US borders. While I was very well aware that there was a thing like anti-vaxxers in the US, that was never a problem here in Europe, and the rise of misinformation, with the pandemic, and with Trump and the MAGA movement, that became a thing now here, along with other conspiracies on Facebook, like the "Moon landing being a staged hoax". Retired boomers, that have nothing better to do all day, gobble up that shit as if it is ambrosia!
Only by turning super-fascist can the voters get the Dems to shift left of fascist-lite
Realistically speaking, whatever chance he has had never lied with a legal election result. He was going to have to go against the constitution in a pretty blatant way anyway. So if he ever had a shot at it, he still does. Popular support no longer matters that much one way or the other, either he's out in 2028 because he follows the rules of the democracy no matter how popular he is, or he just carries on against the constitution, which doesn't need popular support anyway.
Still room for him to be melodramatic about something or another and declare a bogus national crisis that requires suspending elections and such. He's declared everything an emergency to claim he has various authority, he doesn't have to stop short of the elections themselves.
I'd say this is silver lining on a very dark shitstorm cloud.
I felt this exact way in November of 2020. So I hope you are right because:
Jury is still out for me on this. Let's see how the midterms go. If there is even a whiff of shenanigans, I'll have real doubts about 2028.
If I were you I wouldn't be getting my hopes up. In four years, if elections still happen, MAGA is still going to vote for Trump and Vance because "A Democrat as president would be worse." Don't think that term limits are going to stop Trump.
A-fucking-men. These people need to know that just because the scales have fallen from their eyes, we will not be welcoming them back to the ranks of civilized society anytime soon. They may be pissed about this, but we've come down a long road of atrocities that they either supported or ignored, and they have a LOT to answer for in that regard. Their enthusiastic dismissal of simple human - and American - decency will not be forgotten, and all MAGAs have a long way to go to redeem themselves, which in many cases will be impossible.
For me, it's enough for anyone to turn their back on fascism and vow to never vote for the party that endorsed fascism again.
Yeah, they're shit heads. But they're people too. Anyone committing to be better, has a chance.
Punishing them for doing, what they thought was the right thing to do at the time, won't endear them to critically thinking, nor voting for the opposing party. Right now, we need them to vote these fucks out and keep them out.
Trump may be grand pubah now, but there's a huge line of people behind him that are just as bad, or worse.
At least he has a bottom line, and might think a little more critical next time, maybe. Some people just close their eyes and chant the propaganda.
What's stopping him from doing a Nayib Bukele and sending the National Guard to Congress to force through legislation?
Well bye, I guess. Took him 10 years to figure out that voting for the "Punch me in the dick, repeatedly" party wasn't a great idea.
Oh no, he'll still vote Republican
Maybe he'll vote for the Musk party instead, exchanging one big ego for another to worship and get disappointed by.
Yes, please split the idiot vote.
Shhhhh
Never interrupt your enemy while they're busy fucking up
This is a cult schism. Epstein is the point of cleavage between the grifters and the grifted. The grifters believe in nothing and would of course accept Trump trying to make the list go away because what they care about is keeping the gravy train going. The grifted, though, really believe in a cabal of powerful people molesting children. And however destructive they have been as a political force, they actually want to end what they think is a terrible ongoing crime. They won't just accept it being swept under the rug.
Lol you say that like magats ever had principles
I think the issue here is they got too close to the truth
I met that vampiric looking fantastic bastard and he signed my American Football. Antiques Roadshow in 20 years so I can retire.
Or maybe not.
Caring about the Epstein Files, while also voting for Epstein's long time good buddy. Hmm...
They hate Jews and love the Israeli government, too.
This guy doesn't seem like a fan of Israel
B b b Bill Clinton!
All that happened to him personally, but it took the Epstein files to finally break him? Don't tell me it's not a cult.
Baffling that THIS is their line.
Not that surprising. Republicans have been painting Democrats as Satanist baby killers for decades. Republicans have also been campaigning on the lie that the Epstein list is all Democrats, Woke Hollywood, and Silicon Valley Tech Bros. To the average brainwashed minion, there is zero reason to hide the client list. They want their righteous lynchings.
Also note that Trump has campaigned on "draining the swamp" a lot, and now people realize that he himself is the swamp that he rallied against.
Swamps are great. They're havens of biodiversity. Trump is the logging machine from Ferngully, and Stephen Miller is Hexus.
i know right? in my next life there's a 50% chance that i'll be an insect living by a swamp
I spent a week kayaking in a burning swamp full of alligators, and I can honestly say it was the best time of my life.
Shout-out to Stephen C Foster state park in GA.
This is where RFKs support came from.
This is their OUT. Many of them know they're idiots but are too proud to say they are wrong.
So when he got elected the FIRST time. He got elected twice so far don't forget that, i was 100% convinced that people can not be this stupid and when they realize how vile and stupid he is, they suddenly just cut all ties and are gonna pretend they never voted for him and only idiots did. But no, they doubled, tripled and quadrupled down so often that i think americans are just build different and they actually don't need a way out.
I suspect that possibly, it's actually not about the Epstein files but about the BBB.
Notice that it's probably not a coincidence that this drama broke out 1 week after Trump signed the BBB on July 4, which is gonna put millions of people of Medicaid.
Also notice that a lot of conservatives are probably pissed off about Medicaid but realize that it's difficult to move their fellow people to care about this, as the point of not giving "free handouts" has been enforced too much. Instead, they focus on Epstein as it's a moralizing drama, that people get very emotional about rather easily.
All the other bad stuff is generally stuff they wanted. They wanted authoritarian punishment of "others", minorities and news outlets that were telling them things they didn't want to hear. They were true believers that government regulation was incompetent and that the companies would self-regulate more effectively because capitalism would, somehow, punish them otherwise. The general grift and corruption may not have been desired, but they accepted rich people do rich stuff.
But here we have a cause that Trump's team jumped in and cheered with these guys, and ultimately they turn around and call them fools for believing in the very same cause that folks including Donald himself said had merit.
This combined with the medicaid cuts (even as many of them were benefitting, most assumed cuts would punish some nebulous "unworthy" benefits making the system better for them) and all sorts of other austerity to... generally get no new tax cuts. The downsides are starting to hit and the logical tradeoff upsides are nowhere to be seen.
He's conditioned to be in an abusive relationship. He'll be back.
You'll be back, soon, you'll see
You'll remember you belong to me
You'll be back, time will tell
You'll remember that I served you well
King George III's ghost to the US today: "Bet you wish you'd come back now, huh??"
I wonder how many of these people will put 2 and 2 together and question every other time Trump used the same blame the dems + shoot the messenger strategy.
It’s almost like he’s a corrupt piece of shit and this is literally his strategy for eve-ry-thing that makes him look bad.
He's already back to tweeting shit about how Trump's bday letter to Epstein is fake. So they learned nothing.
He realized he would lose revenue and recognition if he didn't swing back to Daddy. Morality is dead.
They'll put 2 and 2 together and get whatever the GOP tells them. They don't think. They won't think. If Trump gets bad they'll dump him, but then go for the next one. I live in a red state where we voted in some worker rights, but people still had to vote for that R... and now that the workers rights are being taken away, the republicans are still mouthing the party line of "It's bad for business" even when they voted for it.
So many leopards eating faces. This is a cult of idiots, the only thing that seems to be pulling them out of the spell is this scandal that would make Watergate pale.
How much you want to bet what he calls stalking and harassment was nothing of the sort?
There's nutters on both sides, it's possible he's telling the truth.
Then I'd bet that the side with more nutters is lying.
"it’s possible he’s telling the truth" getting downvoted, lol.
It's kinda sad how this place downvotes anyone going even slightly against what the group thinks.
Lemmy tends to be more extreme into his aspect than even reddit sadly.
The good thing is that the score doesn't matter and you can still talk to people.
Cold comfort, but yes. Still disappointing to see at all, though.
Eat your shit and choke, buddy.
I’ll say it again: I’m concerned about the wildlife. the leopards are going to die of morbid obesity.
Sounds like one is getting close.
This is the literal opposite of 'leopards ate my face'. LAMF by definition is only when the thing you support the politician doing is exactly what they do, you just assumed, without justification, it'd be done only to others, and not you.
This guy obviously wanted the Epstein stuff put out there, and Trump (in)famously promised to do so during campaign time. He's pissed that Trump is now not doing so.
Literal opposite of LAMF.
I saw it at a total LAMF scenario because I read it as "I supported Trump as he bullshitted and lied to everyone else for the last 8 years. But now he's bullshitting and lying to ME?! Why I never."
That's a pretty strange interpretation imo; I've never heard of a Trump supporter saying they specifically supported him lying to others, lol, nor did Trump ever promise to lie to anyone (and another main thing about LAMF is that the act is one the politician explicitly says they will do, with the LAMF'd voter voting for them because they support them doing precisely that).
No, see, in the hive mind leopards eating faces is "bad thing happens to trump supporter". Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Yeah, fuck me for holding Lemmy to a higher standard I guess, lol.
Imagine expecting the guy who had Epstein killed to prevent his name from being revealed to be on the list due to his public 15+ year besties-ship with him, to release the list of pedos known to associate with Epstein
Exactly. Just something else to ratfuck.
I've never heard of people harassing a Trump supporter unless the Trumpet was baiting them.
Key feature for republicans is that they are persecuted at every turn. Just like Jesus!
“My neighbor is gay. He has a rainbow flag on his car, and sometimes his boyfriend visits him. Help, I’m so persecuted!”
Thoughts and Prayers
Maybe.. just maybe people shouldn't worship politicians, or anyone rich/famous to begin with. But what do I know, I'm just a simple person who doesn't want to deport/imprison people for the color of their skin or take Medicaid and food away from the poor.
So we found the cultists breaking point: Something universaly moraly reprehensible that is undeniable in-front of their own eyes, and for him to contradict himself within days.
Some of them, anyways.
Yuup, there are plenty that would believe him if he said he was Jesus. The ones that seemingly have no breaking point.
There are plenty who would believe him if he came out and said Jesus was a dirty socialist loser and they shouldn't be Christians anymore.
I'm glad there actually is a moral line for these people. But, as best as I can tell, we're still not over it for most of them.
I hope no one ever lets them forget how much had to transpire before they found where that moral line was. I am going to go to my grave being spoken of as that nice old man who had a kind word to for everyone until the moment he would find out they were a Republican.
There is no moral line for them. Bet this post is fake
I'm wondering if this incident is providing an off ramp for some people, mentally.
Like, it's hard to admit being wrong, or picking the wrong side. There is a certain amount of dissonance they must feel. This provides an opportunity to exit.
Could be, but I'm about six months past caring about the mental state of Trump voters.
I'm going to die of age before we've patched up the damage they voted in. That optimistically assumes we really ever patch it up. My kids are going to have to live a good chunk of their lives in this fucking dystopian hellhole they voted and cheered for. And I look back on decades of life and realize this is the logical endpoint of where US conservative politics have always been headed: a stripping away of rights from women, minorities, and queer folks and gutting of our educational system for the sake of keeping the populace stupid and controllable. Every conservative policy I can recall has been in service of these goals.
The only new part is that they are openly embracing oligarchy, everything else is stuff they've been saying or doing somewhat more politely for as long as I can remember. They finally got power and immediately did exactly what everyone who has opposed them all these years predicted they would do, giving the lie to "compassionate conservatism" and "big tent" and all the other crap they tried to paper over their bigotry with in the past.
Unless somehow stopped, Trump will turn our nation into nothing but a breeding ground for literal human resources for the oligarchs. It's why they vilify and don't want to fund education, and also don't want to pay for healthcare. (and why they don't see the value of the EPA, the FDA, or protecting our national parks against exploitation for profit) Somebody has already run the numbers and figured out that it costs less to treat loss of human resources as the cost of doing business than to fund healthcare. No vaccines needed. As long as enough people survive to do the manual labor the oligarchs need done, and buy the products that they helped produce so they can go back the next day and produce more of them, what do they care? Sure, let the people who can afford it get insurance and care. There's no financial incentive to help the rest of us. It's also the same reason they are anti-birth-control. They literally want a nation of breeders. (And normally I despise that term.)
Fuck those people whether they realize how badly they have fucked up or not. They have fucked over the entire nation with their asshattery, despite Trumps behavior in his first term and after, despite the proliferation of information about project 2025 prior to the election, and despite 8 years of the rest of us trying desperately to explain to them how they were going to fuck us all in their rush to own the libs and win the culture wars.
I couldn't care less about whether they get the needed offramp unless it increases their chances of laying awake in bed at night in horror and shame at what they have dealt to the nation.
Edit - my tone not intended at you. :)
https://www.project2025.observer/
I hear that. I meant it more as a read on human behavior than concern over well being :)
😁 Sorry, I need to vent some of that every so often, and somehow that was the catalyst this time.
🙂
Also note that Trump might think he simply doesn't need them anymore, as he's already in power.
to be fair, if anyone was going to expose Epstein's list, you would surely expect it to be one his closest friends.
It still doesn't sound like he's learned a damn thing. The stripper just didn't like him back.
Obvious stupidity aside went to the "non-satirical" r/conservative and even there the temperature looks bad for Trump. I'm actually surprised that there is so much negativity against Trump there now the mods were not able to delete enough comments.
Turns out the possibility that the president is a child rapist is hard to look past.
They looked past that for the last 12 years.
No, I think the media machine is trying to phase trump out, by finally rubbing it in their stupid faces, like a dog's nose rubbed in shit.
Trump has been riling up his fan base and conspiracy theorists since the election. Actually, he has been riling them up since the 2016 election by accusing the dems of all being pedophiles and saying he was going to lock them up. But in the 2024 election, he talked about Epstein specifically quite a few times and led his base to believe he would actually release the Epstein files. Unlike the economy, which you can use various metrics to claim it’s doing good or bad (stock market, grocery prices, etc.) Epstein is a pretty black and white case of “he’s literally a pedophile and was found guilty for doing lots of horrible things.” Everyone, conservatives and liberals, has spent many years rightly hating the guy, but also waiting for everyone he was involved with to also be punished. The maga base was dumb enough to believe that it was only dems and maybe a few unimportant republicans on the list, but they’re out for blood that Trump is refusing to give them, so they’re starting to actually turn on him, a little at least. Trump’s big mistake was thinking that he could use the Epstein files like he’s used everything else so far. In his mind, pedophilia is no different to Hillary’s emails: just a way to rile up his base and use their anger. He assumed that if he stopped talking about it then they would too. He’s so out of touch and evil that he didn’t realize that to the average, non-elite American pedophilia is unforgivable and it’s something conservatives will actually fight against (that’s why republicans accuse trans and gay people and basically anyone they don’t like of being a pedophile: it’s wildly effective)
The moment Trump openly starts killing brown people in his death camps they will all come running back.
"Forgive me, Daddy."
I consider this a win
Meh, doesnt matter. Dude already fucked us, he doesn't get to feel redeemed because "he saw the light"
Dude is a piece of shit, and moreso now that hes a scab. If he wanted to feel good he shouldve paid attention when it actually mattered. Fuck em
Yes fuck em, but maybe republicans will see what they did and vote blue next time. Maybe? If this guy truly learned from this then he is redeemable and so do some other republicans.
Nah, they'll gaslight themselves for the next Republican.
“I was a gigantic fucking idiot. I still am a gigantic fucking idiot and will absolutely continue to be said gigantic fucking idiot; but I was a gigantic fucking idiot.”
That’s where you crossed the line?! Wow
When owning the libs goes wrong
You could, y’know, stop being an obnoxious twat about being a trumPet and that would solve 90% of the personal problems you describe.
Wow, I am surprised by this: I really thought he was going to be named Kyle judging by the profile picture.
Why?
He just looks like his name would be Kyle.
I googled this guy to see if this story was in any way significant, and his other posts are so Poe’s Law batshit that I have no idea which of them are serious and which aren’t.
Sums up most of MAGA. At this point there are so many conflicting narratives that these people literally have no idea what to believe. They lack the ability to fact check anything or think critically. So in the absence of critical thought, they do the only thing they know which is to parrot the party line and try to fit in with their other MAGAts.
Best guess would probably be all of them.
Hitler did away with the SA, you think Trump is going to worry about some disappointed magas?
'I'm an idiot'.
Is this supposed to be an insult? It kind of reads like one, but setting aside any questions of IQs validity, it is laid out such that 100 is average.
So what you’re saying essentially is that the nation's average IQ is average, which is not an insult in my book.
I thought 98 < 100
Think about it... A little harder
Some people are just 8s. Like the guy in the image.
water at 98°C isn't technically boiling yet but you'd be slightly miffed if i poured it on your hand
98 C boils in high elevation. Salt also changes the boiling point of water. It's a relatively moving target for us to pin our temperature system to honestly.
nonetheless it hurts to take a bath in
Sounds like a 98 question, by your standards.
::: spoiler spoiler (jk) :::
in agreement with the validity of all your points, but counterpoint: for the supposed greatest nation on earth, an IQ below average is kind of embarassing. doesn't matter how much below - it's below average for the greatest nation. obviously that's a subjective qualification, but imo those are mutually exclusive statements.
Greatest nation shit is embarrassing. IQ test results from different cultures is interesting. Miss me with your embarrassment, first learn what an IQ test is testing
🤣 this shit made my morning.
Yum delicious!
Hahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!
Next week...
Removes wrinkly phallus from mouth
Why are we still talking about Epstein?
If I could ask these absolute pickle-brained weirdos one thing: "What else do you think he's lied about?"
Grow up.
You're not done until you stop using infantile grade-school-tier 'nicknames' for people you don't like.
It's not an opinion that that behavior is primarily exhibited in preteens, lol.
I understand that your fellow ideologues are likely equally sophomoric, but not acting like a grade schooler will help you be taken seriously by adults (also not an opinion, lol).
Because I said playground-tier name-calling is immature? Did I strike a nerve? (Edit: yes)
He'll be back
I bet he uninstalls League of Legends a lot.
I can accept that folks who support the orange menace may cease supporting him. However, these kinds of posts are all but impossible to substantiate. Not sure how many people could actually be behind the guy at this point.
Can't wait to see what stupid shit he latches on to next.
… why does maga care about this list? T has lied about a lot of things, why does this thing actually matter to them?
A lot of the Qanon stuff was about draining the swamp by arresting all of the pedo Dems.
They were basically told everything they see in the media is a cover for the real plan to catch these people and that there are already all sorts of sealed indictments that they are just waiting to execute at once, etc.
So some of his most rabbid supporters are realizing something is up about denying this even exists.
Child molestation is basically the worst possible crime, in the eyes of the vast, vast majority of the population, I'd argue above murder.
And I'm pretty sure that majority is a larger majority than that of any political candidate of at least the past century.
Have you really dehumanized Trump supporters to the degree that you're surprised one would care about this? In case you haven't realized, those who are sticking by him aren't doing so because they're cool with Trump having diddled kids, they are people who have chosen to believe, wisely or not, that he hasn't done that.
This is a hard, hard line. A very successful TV show ran in the US whose entire premise was catching people attempting to commit this one specific crime. Good luck finding a Trump supporter who would genuinely answer the hypothetical "if it was definitively proven that Donald Trump is a child molester, would you still support him" with a "yes".
You guys need to really take a step back here and self-assess how you're perceiving other human beings once in a while, this is getting truly absurd.
Because they like calling every liberal on the planet pedophiles so they had to champion releasing the list because they probably thought it only had Democrats on it and were also mad that Biden didn't do it and were really happy when Trump literally campaigned on doing it.
So they really can't back out of this one.
They'd love to though.
I'm assuming Trump will get enough pressure that he'll eventually have something released with entire pages completely blacked out and nothing of value left visible and his braindead supporters will use that as an opportunity to say he's cleared and move on without holding him accountable....again.
It is well known he will eventually turn on people working "for him". Now he is turning against people that vote for him. Brilliant. Of course he won't need them next time, when he does the election Kim Jong Un style. But still... :: eating popcorn::
The fear of pedophiles is higher than this guys racism/queerphobia? A win i guess. I welcome every person that stops to support Trump because there are still many who do.
Like i really god damn hope that this of all things is what breaks his neck. If there is a god, hear our prayer 🙏🙏 (cause i am somewhat doubtful)
It's such a bizarre hill to die on. I only wish I could hinge my entire political life on the gossip around some random celebrity pimp's murder.
Why can't you people practice basic discernment?
This is in no way real.
What makes you say that? Before I posted I checked the guy's post history and he seems legit.
Edit: A few sample posts going back a few weeks
But it's verified! /s
This guy is a FAKE LIBRUL MAGA FBI INFILITRATOR! REAL MAGAS SUPPORT Jeffrey Epstein and his Best Friend Donold Trump!
Trump's a narcissistic asshole?
"I lost a job, friendships, been smeared online, doxxed, and pressed charges on people who've stalked and harassed me for supporting him."
The epitome of the leftist hatred that thinks they're justified in ruining a person's life just because of different beliefs, and then the irony of the outcome. Like the site which lists every Tesla owner that harassed and doxxed them until they sold their Teslas.
And all that had to be done was to wait it out. Same people who ridicule the "both sides" approach but know that "both sides" are on the Epstein list.
Left and Right are both corrupt, but we have to vote for the lesser of the two evils every term. What's the point of the declaration of Independence then if we the people can't protect our sovereignty from a tyrannical government lol
That's alright. AOC will be the answer in 2028. Just because she's "not Trump".
It's not that the beliefs are different, it's that the content of the beliefs are abhorrent, backwards, wrong, and/or just plain stupid. I don't mind competing beliefs that are not based on fantasy or are not obvious con jobs or are not obvious lies to protect powerful pedos or obvious red herrings to distract from obvious facts and obvious lies. Why don't you try supplying some of those and see if you don't stop get pissed on from up high while wallowing down low in the gutter with those opinions.
It's quite obvious that people aren't going to support Trump anymore if he can't prove that he's innocent. And the left isn't any better. Perhaps Biden should have released the list right after his string of preemptive pardons, since he had nothing to lose anyway.
I was hoping he'd do that as the fallout would have been hilarious to watch.
Who exactly are you calling "the left" here?
I was speaking in general.
do you think Biden and most Dems are "the left"?
Ruining a person’s life lmao. Nobody is required to be friends with this douche.
