After years of wondering, going back and forth, and putting it off, I've finally got an appointment set up to get evaluated. I set the appointment about two weeks ago and it's tomorrow, I even did all the paperwork already! Is there anything I should know, or consider going in?

Update: Well I got a diagnosis. I have ADHD, and he's sending his recommendation med to my PCP. It's weird that it has to go through them, right? I figured a therapist could prescribe meds. Also he added that I have "highly impulsive" ADHD. Is it normal to add the qualifier? I mean, he's not wrong, but are there categories?

Anybody ever entered a random draw and just kinda felt like they were going to win? I go to gun shows and usually just look, as I'm generally fairly satisfied with my coverage of firearms to defend me and my family from right wing psychos and the coming shit show. But there was a raffle for a .50 barrett. And I bought a few tickets. And for some reason, I feel like it's already mine. Like I feel like I'm going to win it. I've only gotten this feeling once before, and I did wind up winning the $1000. Anybody else have that happen? I hate going to these things and trying to play nice with these people, but if they're armed, I need to be as well. I dunno, I just feel like it's already mine and just need to wait for confirmation.

So my kid is super into cars as I am. My mom wants to give him her old 2004 Celica GTS for his birthday in a few months as kind of something for him to work on, and save up to fix up. I'm for the idea, as he doesn't have much drive despite him being a hard working kid. So far, he does work hard to make money but he wastes it on candy. He has the drive but not any goal. He loves cars and is into fixing them up. Granted, he's not old enough to drive yet, but that's the idea. Giving him a car that he can care for and fixing it up, while he has time to do work, and learn will give him something that will give him an idea of the value of money and work. He has the work ethic, he just needs the goals and value understanding.

My question is what should be the important things to work on first? I understand rust is an issue, it's sat for maybe 6 years or so and has some body rust above the rear wheels. Beyond rust, is there something that's a quick and easy upgrade? This will be something that will be presents for his birthday/Christmas for several years getting upgraded as he won't be able to drive it for a few years. He has been asking about it for a few years and will want it to be comparative to my MX-5 that's about to get supercharged. Hes such a hard working kid that loves cars enough that he might manage to make it faster than mine but I don't know enough about Toyotas to know what should be done in what order so that he's got a good ride when he's able to drive it.

Any experienced Toyota people able to help?

So he's seen me play FO4 before, but just doing mundane things like mass producing jet and purified water to sell at markets, modify robots and guns etc. but today he was doing arts and crafts in his room, came out as I snuck up on someone sleeping, right before I knifed him and ate the corpse. Lol what's the most fucked up thing someone has caught you doing in this game?

I can't find the unofficial fallout 4 patch anywhere. I was saving modding for after I 100% the game and it took me 10 fucking years to finally do the institute playthrough fully. Every time I got close, I backed out and went with the RR. I just couldn't kill Desdemona. Anyways I sucked it up and got the platinum trophy. One of the mods I've picked requires the patch but I could only find the German one on PS4. Is it not working anymore, or am I just not seeing it?

I've been so excited to start running mods and now I don't know if I can.

Todd Howard mentioned that he likes the idea of doing more shadow drops, combine that with "fallout is the franchise we're working on most right now" I'm not implying New Vegas remastered will drop tomorrow, but... What if it did?
