Russia at least is doing that all on it's own. If anything the US under Trump would rather we caved and let Russia conquer eastern Europe. He probably imagines a Western Europe as a 51st (52nd if Canada is 51st?) state.

Honestly, the Nobel Foundation has done themselves and the Nobel Prize terrible damage. I, for one, am no longer interested in this sham of an award, or any of the other Nobel prizes.
