My humble and quick to prepare everyday breakfast
Scrambled eggs, avocado, muesli, some season vegetales some nice juice and a coffee (mandatory to prepare on a Mocca) would make the trick. Simple and easy is best!
I visited the Canton Suisse at Martinique Island
I had nk idea this existed and was very surprised. It's on a mountain area kind of similar to Le Valais... Founded in the early 1900 by some Suisse migrants. Crazy story!

Quadraphonic audio on my Bose 700
I just learnt about quadraphonic audio format after downloading an album coded as such and I am wondering if my bose 700 headphones are equipped to actually make a difference with this format? Would it be better to stick to FLAC? What is the best option / format to actually enjoy the best sound quality? I have a turntable from the 90s connected to a cheap preamp that I bought on Amazon and that has not a headphone output... I read that there's nothing like vynil audio in terms of quality and detail. While I get a new one with the headphone exit, any ideas on what would be the best digital audio format to enjoy ony headphones?
