Saw these guys open for Suicidal Tendencies and the Cro-mags not too long ago. Their set was killer so I picked this up. Hardcore/crossover. Good shit.

Very minimal, could say cheap setup, at a relatively poor place of the room. Still, at least its online, and ready to be improved. Unfortunatelly there is no clear plan on where to place the speakers other than between the corner and cabinet, but will see.

BMTH is my SO-s only vinyl that got gifted by me, which my SO prefers to be displayed. Behind it and Untrue is a tiny collection of my personal favourites like Digital Mystikz, Foamplate, and some classics like Autechre.

Ideas and solutions to improve are welcome. Thanks!

Queen - News of the World

Sadly it's seen so much use that it's frequently skipping moments of tracks. Putting the #vinyl against a light, I can see a lot of small bruises, just like any DVD or CD that's also been used a lot, but with no sign of mistreatment.

Considering also it was my father's, and the back of the cover says copyright 1977, for it to survive as long, at least I can know it fought its battles with honor. 🫡

Concern of mine

A friend asked to put an album to play from the weird "vinyl" CDs of his, but I can't find it.

Where's the search function? ;-;

Monologue that came to mind as I struggled to find a #vinyl of mine.

While I don't mind manually looking, it reminded me of a fear I have, of whether people can even still look things up without digital search tools.

Probably a more overarching topic, but didn't know where else to post.

This record I just got is in the fridge because it's so cool 😋
