Spiciness

20ish years ago, I stopped at an Indian place in Winnipeg. Everything labeled "spicy" was anything but.

Conversely during that same road trip, I hit a small Thai place in central Minnesota and asked for their "Thai spicy" option on whatever dish I ordered. The woman tried to warn me, but I didn't care. I should have. But it was delicious.

This is correct. I went to school to be a cop but quickly saw how fucking cliquey they are and anyone who wasn't wasnt exactly like them isn't accepted (I was a dumb kid, forgive me for actually wanting to help people,) so I changed career trajectories. Thank. Fuck. Anyway, yes, thats what they tell you in school - when approaching a vehicle, press your thumb/hand whatever on the rear quarter panel in the event something happens to you, they can place you at the car to make a case against the owner/occupants.

Trump's Son Just Went Public With His Company and It Flopped Spectacularly

Well the "straight to your front door" is a lie. You still need to send the firearm to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer - one of those brick and mortar stores they mentioned, then you fill out the 4473 form, the dealer takes that then calls for a National Instant Criminal System (NICS) check which you can pass, fail, or get a delay while they look deeper. If you pass, you pay your transfer fee and go on your way.

It's been years since I've bought anything from GrabAGun but if this dipshit is on the board I'll never bother again.

What do people like about Star Trek Voyager?

The first season or two are rough. The Kazon stuff is just... Blah, imo. After that it picks up. The character development, I think, is the best part. Mostly the Doctor, if I'm being honest. Later when Seven joins, her character arc is great, too, and while she was definitely supposed to be sex appeal, her actress, Jeri Ryan, crushes it as a character and not just a sex symbol.

I'm guessing the whole Neelix thing is throwing you? He's definitely incredibly grating, but he'll weirdly grow on you as the show progresses.

In my opinion, it's definitely the weakest of the three you mention, but it still has its merits. Even after we leave the Kazon stuff behind, you'll get a one off episode here or there that just falls flat.

I'd suggest trying to power through a bit longer to see if you can pick up anything you start enjoying. And if not, there's no shame in not finishing. Not every series hits for everyone and that's okay.

‘Elio’ Misfire Could Hasten Demise Of Original Animation, Wall Street Analyst Says, But “Don’t Blame Film Execs, Blame The Audience”

I have kids who live on Disney+ and I hadn't even heard of this movie until it showed up on some McDonald's packaging the other day. I told my partner this is how Disney justifies killing off original animation; they're going to claim nobody is going out to see their new movie (because nobody has heard of it) and they'll say, "oh, nobody wants original animation, anymore. We'll keep making these shitty live action remakes that make bank."

My brain is interpreting it as using that machine feels like you're using the machine gun. Normal people see you just using exercise equipment but OP imagines they're operating a mounted gun.
