So according to that guy he lied instead of being an enemy and somehow that would be better, lol

And even if trump didn't explicitly say it would be a military invasion, it's still hostile. Taking land through other means, like a blockade, buyout or blackmail is not okay either, especially when the ppl living there would end up in worse circumstances.
