Meta Services, Sorry WHAT!?

Here you go. Hardest part is probably installing adb, there's a more detailed page linked to that in step 2.

What's something you've done that you're proud of?
I'm proud of my apps I've been working on to help me get through life easier with adhd. I put my vision therapy exercises on there as well and just got a nice message the other day about how helpful those were to somebody.

Stupid mental health
For anyone else struggling with this, what helped me the most was sprinkling motivational/uplifting music into my music playlist. It's a constant reminder to work on my mental health and helps with the consistency aspect thats so hard to keep up with otherwise. Fearless Motivation makes some good motivational songs.

Can an energy drink create worsen exhaustion?
It's likely you're not getting enough sleep in those 48 hours after you drink one. Dreams occur in the 'lightest' sleep stage, which is also the least restful.
You're probably still feeling the effects of the energy drink the next day which may be why you feel well rested, even though you're not. Then after 48 hours you crash and your body wants to catch up on the deep sleep you missed out on for the past two days.

Americans, what do typically have for breakfast?
Banana pancakes - just an egg and banana mixed together into a batter and fried for a few minutes. I throw on some frozen strawberries usually and its quite good

Lunar eclipse
Honestly that's one of my favorite moon pictures I've seen. I love how vertical it is. Gives me the same sort of cool vibes as of one of these

Looks like Patreon takes a 5% cut while OpenCollective doesn't appear to take a cut of the money.

Yeah, its a breeding ground for microplastics and provides absolutely no nutrients to the soil or other small critters. Lawns can be maintained without heavy fertilizers, weed killers, or tap water. These people can fuck off.

Any good Android games that aren't roguelikes?
I love Duet by Kumobius. A real nice timekiller, in a similar vein to subway surfers in a way.

High fat diets can help facilitate LPS (a bad, fat-soluble, inflammatory molecule) from gram negative bacteria in the gut into the bloodstream which can heighten systemic inflammation (endotoxemia). I feel as though that's a common issue these days that not many people may know about.
