CNET Deletes Thousands of Old Articles to Game Google Search

I’m extremely happy with the results on Kagi. Setting up my own ‘page-rank’ with their search customizations is a godsend to get rid of any unwanted sites and promoted the sources I know I’ll come back to.

I’m a bit turned off the pricing though, especially since last month I blew through 1000 searches before the end of last month so currently back to Google, but frustrated by every second search or so.

If you could place any object on the surface of Mars, purely to confuse NASA scientists, what would it be?

Not a single act, but a series of actions. The rovers power down during Martian nights, right? So, during these periods, you could rearrange the rocks nearby. At first, NASA might not even pick up on the changes, but eventually, someone's bound to notice.

Imagine the buzz it would create! The scientists studying the photographs sent back by the rovers would be left scratching their heads. They'd probably first suspect some unknown natural phenomena, or even the rovers themselves, until the changes became too orchestrated to explain away. It would be a cosmic puzzle, a Martian mystery that would have them combing through data for answers.

No extraordinary or unnatural objects, just ordinary Martian rocks moved around. Instead of presenting them with an object that screams 'alien intervention,' you'd be nudging them into a mystery, all with the Martian surface's naturally occurring elements.

New iOS Lemmy app: Memmy Updated UI and Dark Theme - Apollo Inspired

Showing a lot of potential, already like what I see! Can’t login with kbin currently so just hoping that will change, otherwise I’d be commenting from there now :D

Swipe options nailed the bare-bones already and the right options in the right spots! I’d love to have share as the last option on swipe left. Also needs vibration when ‘unselecting’ (?) a swipe option.

Performance is already great, smooth and no crash yet other than when trying to login with kbin. Looking forward to seeing this grow!

Is it ok to go "all in" into Apple ecosystem?

Numbers is without doubt much less powerful than excel but I still think most people should give it a try. The freeform multi table view is fantastic for presentability in a way I can't replicate in excel, at least not as easily and elegantly.

I'm not saying give up excel, but there are situations where I'd rather use numbers!
