How to de-radicalize my mom's youtube algorithm?
Delete her youtube history entirely. Rebuild the search algo from scratch.

The Hyperloop was never meant to be built. Elon Musk admitted it was all about fueling opposition to California’s high-speed rail project so it would get canceled.
It was never meant to be built because it cannot work as advertised.

Musk is undeniably just trying to run twitter into the ground at this point.

Ah like the 100 year old hyperloop idea he invented and dropped because it was a stupid idea? (that musk fans still think he is working on for some reason)

Having kids in order to support society is basically treating children as a resource. Why don't we fix up society a bit so we can start having children brought into society as people? Right now kids are basically just cogs in a machine.

What are some underrated out-there fiction and/or non-fiction books that blew you away that you'd recommend?
You might try gateway. First book of heechee by Frederick pohl. The science is a bit wacky (think 1960s people thinking we would be on the moon with lasers in space 1999) but there are themes of depression and mental health. I'm not sure if I could suggest the rest of the books, but gateway is pretty solid imo.
I'm in the middle of trying to make aspects of it into a mod for stellaris right now but I'm not a good writer so I'm procrastinating!

Well even if he moves I doubt that he would be staying with his wife. They have basically been living separate lives for a good few years now (at least thats my understanding). I doubt she'd have him.
