Mid 30s here. When i was younger i never wanted kids. I would always tell my parents i never wanted any as well. Fast forward about 15-20 years, people would tell me im great with kids and i should have some. The problem with this is that i am great with kids for about 2-3 hours and then im like...get this thing away from me. People have also told me that its different when they are your own.

Well one day i booked an appointment to get a vasectomy and havent looked back yet. I also got married to someone who shares the same feelings as me towards having no kids. Life is great and havent thought of any regrets.

I left the shit show of the military. I wanted certain things for my career and i was never given them. I worked my ass off to get where i did and yet there were alot of other people who just somehow always got what they wanted.

Not saying everybody got what they wanted but sometimes it felt like someone from way highup was out to ruin your career sometimes.

When i finally had enough of being in the military, i put my papers in for the release. Then all of a sudden, all the opportunities started to roll in my favor.... i had had enough of it anyways and i havent looked back in 2 years after getting out.

Where i live right now, when i go for a walk or a run. Kids will fly past me going about 30kph with no warning or no helmets either. There are these 2 girls that ride an electric scooter together and they blow past stop signs. Im very surprised that no one on these things has been killed on them yet. I also live on a busy road because its one of 2 entrances to get into my neighborhood.

Not only are we going to be cutting 40,000 of you (btw we will say there is going to be cuts but you wont know who until we send a little email to you to pack your shit) but we are also making you come back to office 4 days a week.

There are so many government places doing strikes across canada and the government is constantly trying to silence them and not give any better deals/contracts. Yet when the government wants to increase a % base pay increase they are all for it. Base pay increases only benefit the higher paid jobs...increasing the wage gap yet again and making rhe problem worse.

They finally showed they have been working on it now. I am excited for this one for sure. Its still not going to be released until about 2028-2029 im guessing.
