Er meinte, dass er selten dazu kommt, das mit anderen zu machen, weil all seine früheren Klettepartner entweder Kinder haben oder Tod sind. Er ist auch selbst schon häufig vom Berg gefallen und ist nur durch viel Glück noch am Leben (landen auf einem kleinen Absatz, anstatt weiter zu stürzen. durch einen kleinen Baum verhindert werden, weiter zu stürzen usw.)
