If said reporter can't present quantifiable data/evidence, then maybe they shouldn't write the article?

Man, I really don't understand what the issues with Wayland are. Granted, I'm new here and a pretty basic user so there's some underlying issue that seems to be breaking people's setups, I guess I just haven't encountered it. I went from using Mint for like a month before I switched to Arch. And I only did that because my second screen was acting goofy on Mint and I figured in for a penny in for a pound, let's see why people are so afraid of this distro and haven't had any serious issues in the past two years.

So do you really think that one Congresswoman has the power to arrest a sitting president? Hell even if you took all the progressives and what remains of the squad, do you really think those numbers are enough to pull what could only be a coup?
Truly though, I think the reason Trump is going to get away with this and the reason Bush got away with his bullshit before is because of nonsense statements like this.
Also there's no such thing as Congressional police. You may be trying to refer to the Capitol Police, but they can't even successfully arrest insurrectionists.

Gasoline costs 50% more in the US than it did before the Iran war

I hope it backfires and increases gen z and alpha support for building out public transit. Viable Metro systems in every US city, commuter rail across all 50 states and national high-speed rail system. If we have those things, who cares how much gas costs

I wish zoomers were anti-capitalist because they understood that the "good old days" were only "good" because of the exploitation of the global South.

Lina Khan [Former FTC Chair]: "Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision has been followed by significant price hikes and layoffs, harming both gamers and developers."

The dominance of the two largest video game companies affects prices for everyone. High game prices are justified by "just get it on Game Pass," which normalizes the cost. Now that subscription prices are also rising, developers are left to face investors with unrealistic expectations based on these corporate practices, an issue made worse by weak regulation. Some people may get it but most consumers don't care until they can't afford their gotcha game addiction.

Meta launches 'Vibes,' a new short-video feed of AI-generated content nobody asked for
Hear me out, I wouldn't mind if Google did the same thing with YouTube. That way all the ai slop would be in one feed I can ignore and I can just go back to watching gunpla build videos on autoplay.

Yes, but I think it's also to remember that ulfric was funded by the thalmor. The whole point of the Skyrim secession movement was just to weaken the empire and ultimately make both territories easier to invade in the future.

I don't disagree that mutual aid would benefit all those who would strike, but a general strike is never going to be a clean thing that labor pulls off unscathed. IMO Waiting until the general populace has the capital to rise up is a bad strategy because said capital is controlled by the people who we're trying to rise up against.
