In short: yes.
Will it also take you a short time to do, and be certain it won't be magically back next Windows update? Not really, and once in a while they break the current system on how to uninstall it.

Isn't that the point of baseload? To cover the non-highs, but provide the stable base?

Roses are red, violets are blue, everyone is using IPv6, why aren't you?

Their ranges are running dry. Nearly all address spaces are taken, so we will need to migrate eventually. However, since almost everyone still supports both, and ipv4 is much easier to read and maintain, adoption of IPv6 has been slow.

Drivers Who Run Red Lights Get Tickets. E-Bike Riders Get Court Dates.
Reply in thread
This is the same as in Belgium, where the faster e-bikes are counted as light mopeds. Max speed of 45km/h, and they must use the bike lane whenever the road speed limit exceeds 50km/h, and the road if not. Most of our city centers are 30km/h speed limit, which also counts for these e-bikes, just as all other motorized traffic.

Belgium's sex workers get maternity leave and pensions under world-first law
I thought they already had, given the type of work/life/benefits culture we have here. Which makes me wonder: which other jobs don't have any leave or pension plans?

Has anyone got KDE Plasma 6 - Wayland running on Arch using an NVIDIA GPU?
I do, using endeavourOS, which is basically "arch but with a graphical installer, using some sane defaults". Not 100% true, but true enough to think of it as such.
If you have no experience installing Linux, either use endeavouros, or go the RFTM way, and use arch. But that last one requires a lot of reading, and grasping quite a lot of Linux concepts, or be willing to learn them.
PS: I do use plain arch on my AMD laptop, but couldn't be arsed to go through the installation for my Nvidia desktop.

How my Firefox became a LibreWolf
I could not make the switch, libre wolfs defaults make me log into everything again, constantly, multiple times a day. On top of that, half of the websites I need and use almost every day behave completely erroneously or have render issues.
I could not be bothered to find out which settings I needed to tweak, and just use FF again for the moment.

Can someone recommend me a wireless headset?
Reply in thread
I find the fit very nice, bit I would not recommend it for doing calls nor for having. Whenever I'm calling anyone with it, they hardly understand me. And for gaming is Bluetooth not the way to go if you're playing any multiplayer games sadly, due to the used protocol when having speech enabled turning the audio in a mono shitshow. I find the audio decent enough when outside, but if you want to actually listen to music, there are loads of better options.

Oh God, I remember how disappointed I was when seeing the Eragon movie. After having read the trilogy I was having such high hopes, it could've been a LOTR alike trilogy, but instead we got this half baked... Stuff. At least the actors gave their best.
Kind of in the same line with the golden compass I guess?

The coat was given to him by a German officer, which also provided him with some food while he was hidden in the attic of a large abandoned house the Germans had taken over to use as base of operations. The officer gave him the coat on the night they retreated from the Russians, which are the dudes in the middlest frame.

People doing the 30 days linux Challenge are having several problems because of Mint's old packages and technology. Why people still recommend it when there is Fedora and Opensuse with KDE and Gnome?

Endeavouros ofcourse! All the goodness of arch, but with the ease of installation of any other desktop based distro!

Which brand/type can you recommend? I want some, but I find them hard to search for.
Especially with the amazon whatever slightly matching keywords providing bogus results.
