Everyone is very friendly and will dance with you, as they're all there to learn. For popular dances, there will be bars and nightclubs with music and dancing. In this case, Trump is punishing "liberal" Colorado and providing favor to friendly Alabama. What is best for the country and/or the cost of moving the command to Alabama is irrelevant.
