I barely know how to post and doubt I’d be much help. But thanks for setting up the community!

I’ve been having this problem a lot lately! I’m not quite to the magical 1 year mark, but have been experiencing more hot flashes again and having trouble stringing words together and focusing on anything at all. Like other people taking in meetings - my own talking in meetings - it’s not good at all.
I’ve really been struggling myself lately. I think it’s menopause, and stress and anxiety - but I’m not convinced it’s not neurological for me yet either. If you already have an established neurologist, I’d ask for the tests. But I hope for all of us that it’s just meno and temporary.

Mlem (beta) for Lemmy - sometimes just Firefox browser though. Hoping Mlem will keep improving.

I’m so excited to see actual people posting real comments and it’s feeling like I’m part of an actual community. This is pretty cool - and I’m going to try and participate a lot more instead of just lurking like I used to.
