Just tell yourself you're not going to lift heavy/are going to lift light. When you don't have the motivation (or whatever) to go to the gym, tell yourself this. Like, "I'm not going to work too hard. It'll be easy." Works a treat. Then even if you end up doing that (which is unlikely - I always end up getting in the mood hehe) then at least you did something and kept the momentum.

I would consider myself an average Lemmy user. However I followed the R****t collapse closely from May onwards. 'Cast it into the fire' yes, but not just because third party apps all-of-a-sudden shut down.

It has almost none of the cons... But yes, none of the pros other than many of them taste pretty darn close to real beer. You should educate yourself on how detrimental alcohol consumption is AND how calorie dense it is. You may change your mind on 'none of the pros' 👍
