Well, we still don't really know the damage that has been done to all the bases and equipment in that region. It is quite possible that Iran did indeed fuck up the greatest military on earth. The fact that I am writing this would be unbelievable to myself 10 years ago. What an idiotic disaster this "expedition" has been

I've quit my job last year figuring I'd stop paying income tax to this garbage federal government. I've been using my savings since then and going to protests. It's been painful to see the protests die down and my friends considering me strange for refusing to go on in my life. I'm guessing this will do damage to my career life and I may not recover from this. Sometimes I'm hoping people will wake up to how evil this regime is, but right now it looks like I'm taking a stand alone. Shit sucks.

I've driven through a lot of the USA. I also took a road Trip in central Europe once. I totally agree with this sentiment about USA. Very sick of living here and hoping to have the opportunity of emigrating to somewhere in Europe soon, I just want to try it once. I may regret not trying more than trying and failing to live there.
