Given the argument that Data has Free Determination, Voyager is about how The Federation enslaves holograms

It was his only outlet for not being promoted.

Indeed, the signs of his extended duress as an ensign and what that was doing to his mental health and perception was pretty disturbing. 🫤

And so it begins...
Kosh: They are alone. They are a dying fanbase. We should let them pass.
Sinclair: Who -- the Trek Fans or the Babylon 5 fans?
Kosh: Yes.

Is it 'Worf' like 'Cher' or is his full name 'Worf Roshenko"?
The warrior formerly known as Worf, now just the symbol of a Bat'Leth

Battle of the translators
Hoshi, any day. Linguistic genius. Figured out new languages without any data. For fun.
C3PO might not be as adept, as his programming might be limited. His function was a translator but did he have the capability to learn new languages?
Lwaxana is not a translator. She's a diplomat. She may be able to detect that all the alien men in the known universe want her but she can't translate their language for anyone.
If anyone from TNG was a superior translator, it was probably data. He was designed to learn and grow.

A key is to have an ever-changing solution. Any one method for too long will inevitably fail, so you have to regularly change it up. This also plays on the "interest, challenge, novelty, urgency" way which our brains work by keeping our brain engaged instead of bored.
But still, the dilemma of having the energy (and availability creativity) to keep changing or rotating the method can be a regular pitfall.

Experience or opinions of Music Assistant?
Lacking in intuitive interface and pretty buggy at times, I suspect most that use it enjoy the flexibility it introduces to work with multiple data sources, multiple playback devices, and DSP features to normalize audio.

They don't care about the canon in the slightest. That has been proven again and again.
The only reason they use the same names is because people will recognize the name which will increase the chances of more sales. Just as reworking the Gorn to be completely different was about increasing sales.
Its all about the demographics and maximizing sales by bringing in fans who didn't like the original Star Trek.
Roddenberry's dream died a long time ago, I'm just glad he's not around to have to see it.

Should I go for GrapheneOS, e/os or LIneageOS on a new phone? (see description)
GrapheneOS devs have a very "I will tell you what to like, and you will like it!" attitude, which results in UI and navigation choices that bug the crap out of me.
But I have to admit that for security and privacy it ranks at the top.

To not know how horny ST was is to admit not knowing anything about it's creator.
