What about the Deanna torture episodes?
Just a thought since we do love how the series have treated our every-man Miles, what about Deanna? Off the top of my head:
- Alien energy makes her pregnant
- Alien consciousness takes over her body and a few of them take over the ship
- Telepath makes her super horny and she ages rapidly
- She loses her empathic abilities and isn't sure what she's good for without them
- She becomes a cake
- She devolves into a (fishy?) prey species
I bet there are more, but these are the ones I could think of quickly.

TBF the cake episode was just Data's dream, and the fish-prey was Barclays de-evolution which impacted the entire ship

What about the one where the alien communications were driving her insane? And the only one she had for company was a dude that was left on a bed in sickbay for two weeks. This man had it even worse, not only going insane, but just stuck to the bed, no bathroom breaks, no showers, not even fresh clothes. He must have been pretty rank in the end.
