What Lemmy/Piefed communities are YOUR personal favourites?

New to the fediverse and to Lemmy/Piefed, and I'd like some fun and interesting communities to follow, I'm finding plenty naturally as I explore the various servers, but I thought why not ask you guys what some of your favourites are?

So here goes: What are YOUR favourite communities? Can be big or small, active or inactive, and can be about any subject, I just wanna know your personal favourites.

I'm doing everything I can to keep ![email protected] active. But I focus on cyberpunk as a genre of fiction and avoid news about our actual everyday dystopia, so that makes it hard to consistently post something.

Also, ![email protected] and ![email protected] . Doing my part to fight against the flood of news posts on Lemmy with wacky genre stuff.

I'd argue 'laudibly active,' typically involving multiple posts per day, usually with extra info as a comment. Can't really ask for more!

The various comics communities are fun IMO. Some fine people making sure various dailies and small collections are shared, every day.

I enjoy the Linux programming.dev community since they have been very helpful to answer any questions I have :D

Appreciate the community shout out and the kind words mate, thank you. 💚

To anyone discovering us for the first time, feel free to post the music you're jamming too! More people participating means all of us are more likely to find new music and new friends to interact with. See you around!

Any of the privacy related ones. It's a very important topic to me so I like to read about it and discuss with like minded people.
