Makes a rant about someone being a disappointment

Doesn’t spell disappointment correctly

Legit lol

Milk came out of my nose... Which was weird because I was drinking diet pepsi

I think it literally is, meaning, that that is not written by staff and/or authorised by the Organisation.

Don't wake up to be fucking Average

Spoken like a true Average

76

Yeah. You want to know what the people excelling in college are doing? Laughing at the med students still studying as they leave their labs at 2am to go decide whether they're going to fuck or sleep, knowing they don't have time for both.

Well it's that or they're living a balanced life. Idk I was fueled by fumes and insane dedication in college. Fuck I miss it, and the ability to live like that.

A business major wrote that. Their dream career is either a Crypto Life Coach, or a LinkedIn Recruiter.

72

Crypto Life Coaches ought to be more chill. Dollar cost averaging beats most active strategies and you get to sleep in.

So, no one would notice if it changed or disappeared entirely, then? 🤷🏼‍♂️ Maybe someone should do their fellow humans a favor and correct this abusive bullshit. (Hell, the author might even out themselves in the process, which could open up all sorts of other fun, too.)

I just corrected their spelling. College ain't the place to put your fingers in your ears and pretend you can't hear anyone else.

I'm surrounded by idiots, so what? I'll just fuck with em a little and go about my day

5

I would agree, but imagine someone going through a crisis and reading auch wisdom, it can be insulting at best, damaging af worst

4

would you? ive worked in 3 colleges. no one does anything beyond what their base employment contracts them to do. theyre burned out as it is

Just erase a couple of words.

Don't wake up. Be fucking average.

If you're sacrificing everything for your studies, you don't deserve success.

ass up ok

Wake up

fuck. rage

If you're sacrificing everything for your studies, don't

~~

Get your ass ok with being

Just draw a huge cock and balls. It would be a marked improvement.

Oh that's an inspo poster who's gonna spend their entire 20's 30's and 40's on coke

Girl if they make enough to fund a 3-decade-long cocke addiction then maybe I should listen to them 😭

17

Hunh. Here I thought that a business major had a cock addiction as pre-req —closeted or no. 🤷🏼‍♂️

My ancestors are proud of me, because I know how to spell "disappointment", and have never written a misspelled word in black marker whilst trying to condescend to people I should be supporting.

I sacrificed a lot for my studies. Was it worth it, and did I achieve success? Nope. Life is complicated.

I mean there was another white board that said"id rather have a headache from studying than a man" sooooo

If I had to choose between a headache and a man, I think I'd choose the former and get on with my day. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Apropos of nothing, you're a consonant away from a famished communist. 🤪

Also, friends are always good. 🖖🏼

Not tough enough for a true wakeup call. Wipe it all off, and replace with:

  • Your friends think you're stupid!
  • All the other kids are staring at you!
  • Mommy and Daddy fight because of something you did!
  • You walk funny!

Life is a marathon.

You can treat it like every day is a sprint, but eventually you’re going to break down.

Take the pace that keeps you going, take breaks, walk if you need to.

When we’re all dead the only question that will have mattered was whether you were happy and not if you met some arbitrary bar in another persons head.

Nobody’s obituary reads “known and beloved for increasing shareholder profits.”

I was academically dismissed from college four time and have a university studies degree and a 2.0 GPA. I now have a 6 figure salary. You degree is only a peace of paper, don't sacrifice your heath for a peace of paper.

As a counterpoint, your salary is mainly a reflection on how much profit can be made by your skillset/location at a given point in time. I'm not a fan of tying people's worth to their profitability. It's devoid of any type of ethical concern.

If we as a society tie profitability to societal good, then I'll be on board.

11

I am right there with you, and went through a lot to get to this point. Also my salary is more a supply vs demand issue, I am a cost to companies but they need me.

3

It's easy to maintain a good GPA when you drop out of college halfway through your first year!

5

University should break you to a certain degree, but it shouldn't shatter you or destroy you. It's like training for a marathon, if you just do sprints to failure every day you won't ever run a marathon you'll just get hurt. No you've got to slowly ramp up and take your rest days.

8

Maybe there was a group therapy and the exercise was writing the monologue they wake up to down...? Then they of course reflected together why those were not useful messages and they learnt better ways to address their worries. (Let me dream).
