You can play Roblox through Sober. It runs the Android version directly so it's pretty similar to what an official port would be, in terms of performance

Yeah, I really hate how the Lemmy corporation abuse their users. Yesterday they released the new Lemmy subscription, Lemmy Plus, which removes their gazillion ads and their other shenanigans. Crazy stuff. Using the official Lemmy client is also pretty annoying, I miss using Lemmy third party apps. Overall I really wish there was an alternative free and open-source platform to escape to. Would be cool if it was also federated so no one is truly in control of it

Wikipedia urges AI companies to use its paid API, and stop scraping
I don't get it though... Why would any company use this when Wikimedia also offers a download of the entirety of Wikipedia, for free?
Maybe it's because if the AI companies don't know, then they can hopefully get a little money from them?

“God is nonbinary”: GOP activates over Talarico’s past comments characterizing him as too radical for Texas
How can they be so sure God is male though? Have they checked God's genitals?

Bless us, Spider-Man, for we have sinned
I used to believe when I was younger (thankfully stopped believing relatively early on) and in retrospect... yeah, it's so fucking obvious that no god exists.
This post is so true. The only source is a book, literally nothing else. What makes it trustworthy? The fact that it's thousands of years old and is still relevant? And literally nothing else? Also ignoring the obvious that any god existing is dumb as hell, if you just think about it for longer than two seconds. It's a made-up human thing which is why there's so many of them.
Also there's many religions out there and, since they contradict each other, I'm supposed to only believe in one, which then I will trust with my life. But what is it that makes this one special? Why not believe in some other one? They all got the same amount of proof (0), and really the only reason I would pick one is my geographical location. Because some very powerful people, hundreds of years ago, decided to spread christianity in the then newfound continent in which I currently live and that's pretty much it. Powerful people spreading it doesn't make it any more true whatsoever, what if the only real religion is some extinct one from thousands of years ago and with a total all-time following of 100 people? How would I know? Either way I think all religions are dumb as heck
It's all just a big "Trust me bro". Perhaps some of the biggest lies in history...

If video games actually determined our real world behavior, we wouldn't be violent, we would be obsessed with powerwashing and all have CDLs.
