As Starfield Steam Reviews Plunge to ‘Mostly Negative,’ Todd Howard Responds to Paid Mods Backlash - IGN
Reply in thread
I made a couple of mods and published them on Nexus, and with the donation programme actually made a little money from it, even though I didn't expect anything. If you want to make money modding without completely shitting up the user experience you're better off just shoving them on Nexus and maybe making a ko-fi or something.

Don't know what happened to "love thy neighbour"/The Golden Rule, but some Christians sure are struggling with that part of the Bible.

‘60 Minutes’ set to air segment that will infuriate Trump

My sister-in-law, the chillest and least likely person I know to ever say this, actually wished death on Trump the other day. He's done so much global damage, and it hasn't even been a year.
He's an actual scourge.

Lack of empathy, especially towards women, is generally associated with conservatives due to the current political climate. Whether or not that's got any truth to it, I couldn't say.

From the day Britain left the EU, this reset was inevitable. What a pointless waste of time, money and effort
I hated Brexit when it happened and I hate it still. I knew exactly what would happen to the UK the moment it was brought to my attention, and couldn't believe it even managed to pass.
I forgot how easy it is to rile up people for a cause they're ignorant on by simply lying to their faces. It's much easier to shout along with some fucking twat screaming about how "immigrants are bad!" than it is to sit down and actually read anything established economists are publishing about the matter.
It was a complete waste of time the moment the notion was even brought up, and the regret was inevitable.

The USA was always broken
I don't know if it's because I'm British, but I always assumed that America is the way it is because we shipped a bunch of over-zealous loons over there that we didn't really want here.
Part of me isn't surprised as to how things are turning out.

Trump delivers a litany of lies, petty grievances, in gloating speech to Congress
Trump is a genuine man-child. He probably doesn't understand half of what he's saying or what it means whatsoever, and why is "wokeness" even taken seriously as a political talking point?
He just does things he's told to do like he has no autonomy, but I guess you can't expect more from Putin's licking dog.

A dozen US states sue to stop Trump’s ‘reckless and insane’ tariff policy
They should be rallying for his impeachment.

Trump adds Europe to the list of US trade partners he's threatening with tariffs
Probably influenced by the enormous amount of money oil barons spent on him, of which they almost certainly did with an expectation of return on investment.
His desire to "Drill baby drill!" and relax restrictions on oil drilling—including drilling into a wilderness reserve previously uninterrupted by man—and his apparent distaste for EVs and green energy, makes it pretty obvious whose hand has firmly lodged itself right up his arsehole.
The man needs oil to sell to please his owners, and belligerently trying to force the EU to increase their purchases is just another one of his hare-brained schemes.

Euro bottles are so much better now
I recycle everything so personally don't have much need for the tether, but it's probably better overall and I imagine most people will just get used to it, honestly.
It is a bit annoying having to make sure my nose doesn't get bonked when I drink, though.

Grand Theft Auto 6 release date has been announced, but the game has been delayed to 2026 | VGC
I tend to prefer bigger games delay purely so they don't release as buggy messes (hello, Cyberpunk 2077).
Hoping they use that time to refine what they have and maybe even have it ported to PC for release.

Cat cone suggestions?
My cat hated Elizabethan collars and got stuck in places with them frequently, but after switching to a donut collar he became a lot more comfortable.
