He wasn’t killed for his beliefs. He was killed because he dedicated his life to terrorizing everyone who isn’t a conservative white man, and was materially supporting state violence in the pursuit of white supremacy.

That is 100% something we have firmly established that people should be shot for, in multiple wars throughout the last few centuries.

I fully support being able to choose to end your own life with dignity. But in Canada there were reports of people encouraging the homeless and severely ill to do it, simply because it was cheaper and easier for the institutions if these people killed themselves.

Within a capitalist society, where the lives of those who do not produce profit are not valued, it can lead to some sickening discriminatory behavior from profit-driven institutions.

They know. They like committing genocide. They just don’t want international consequences for it.

There it is. Law enforcement has openly declared to kill protesters. You now know that you must fight them like your life depends on it, because they have admitted their intent.

This is exactly the behavior your 2nd amendment rights are meant to protect you from. They are ready & excited to kill you. What are you willing to do to stop them?

It’s not against the TOS. You can advocate for violence against the poor and minorities all day on here. But advocating for them to defend themselves is apparently over the line.

If you want more people to join the fediverse, you have to improve the user experience. People don’t want to read an article breaking down what the fediverse is, how to join an instance, how to find content, etc.

Streamline the join process so it doesn’t require learning the lore and technical training. Stop promoting the fediverse generally, and instead push people to easy to use frontends and popular instances. Remove the barriers to entry. If they want to dig deeper into different instances and the technical stuff, let them do that later. Stop loading the info dump at the front.

It’s already working. Due to the terrorism claims, each of these arrests requires a special review, and the system is being overwhelmed. Get a few more hundred or thousands of people to get an arrest for this, and the whole government scheme will have to be abandoned, because there will be no practical way for system to follow the required procedures for each case.

People need to realize the rich are not smart. And when they fuck things up, we all suffer.
