Huh, it's a double negative - I'm not sure I didn't ejaculate. Which is way worse.

You can usually always walk away from contracts. There are penalties, there are courts that are there to enforce them and there are exit clauses. I guess that there are either penalties that are smaller than the losses or the exit clauses that say somethin like "if the law of either countries change so that it makes the deal unprofitable you can cancel the contract".

I agree, but that construct has a specific meaning, we don't consider a random person from nearby village to be a different race.

Sociopath Elizabeth Holmes is pleading with president Trump for her prison sentence to be commuted. If anyone would ever have mercy on her, of course it would be another fellow sociopath.
Of all the people to complain about, she is really low on my list. He pardoned people that did much more serious crućimes than stealing some money from the rich.

Slay the Spire 2 players leave over 9,000 negative Steam reviews in one day over a card nerf that hasn't even gone live yet
Reply in thread
I have fun with this game every day. In order to see this nerfs you have to open steam, go to properties and select beta branch. Most of the people don't do that. Then you can play the game and they get the stats like 15% of people picked prepared card, and of those 80% failed run. And then a week later only 3% of people pocked prepared, so they change again.
I think you should read the article because the negative reviews are mostly chinese users who can't live comments and reviews on steam, and also can't use discord which is the other way of leaving feedback.
Slay the spire 1 was a really well build and polished game and this is on track to become one too, but most of the players from the previous game see that there is a lot of space for rebalancing because some cards offer an easy way to go infinite and eliminate the need to pick something else which makes the game boring.

Exodus of U.S. clients pushes Korean battery makers to the brink
Reply in thread
They have their own purpose and it is to help as work together, not punish when we didn't do anything wrong. If I were a korean manufacturer and the USA clients were making more than haalf of my earnings, I would have made that kind of contract rather than stopping the production in 2023 for example and having my facilities go unused.

Disney Is Reportedly Eyeing a Full Acquisition of Fortnite Creator, Epic Games, For $1.5 Billion

That can't be the reason to buy a company that is worth 20+ billion dollars. Gaming industry is bigger than movie industry and games are raking in huge ammounts of money. Shooting in unreal movio studio is nice thing to have but not really game changing, you could probably build a blender pipeline for it for a several million dollars.

That makes sense. I have played a lot of games where patches change the game a lot so i'm used to it, but i have been dissapointed in the past for the similar reasons.
