Fun fact:

There is a micro organism, that I forget the name of (Giardia?), that makes a tiny hill out of your intestinal lining with it's flagella so it can have more access to nutrients. Then it just sits there as your body tries to wash it out.

Also, some of the time number sevens (really bad ones?) are caused by unfriendly bacteria pooping in your intestines (enterotoxin) but ,iirc, mostly it's a common fungus.

Also had to deal with a seven a few days ago. I think it was from an undercooked blueberry muffin, because they used frozen blueberries and it didn't bake evenly. -_-
