Ancaps (don't) rule

no they don't. anarcho-capitalists are fascists. they don't want the state gone they just want it minimal and out of the way so they can exploit whoever and whatever they want to build their own empire like a robber baron of ages ago. there is no place for capitalism in anarchy.

the secession papers of many states announcing the superiority of the white man and their god given right to own slaves flies in the face of this pretty hard.

yeah, you're right that the confederacy counter-intuitively wanted federal control over state control but that was specifically about forcing the north to return escaped slaves. thinking it was about a state's right to seceed is circular af, too. why did they want to seceed in the first place? the abolition movement and the refusal of the federal government to help the south enforce slavery.

ancaps are not anarchists was my whole point bud. and no, the point of anarchy is not 'do whatever you want even capitalism lol'. anarchy is recognizing that power over others breeds corruption and endeavouring to flatten hierarchies as much as feasibly possible to limit it. anarchy is 'no ruler' not 'no rules lol wheeee'.

Toshiba developed a lithium battery that does not use cobalt and can charge 80% in 5 minutes. - Ev-riders

it's a prototype pouch format, what are you even comparing it to? lead acid 12v? you're just seeing kinda small numbers and thinking that sucks, aren't you?

you know you get whatever voltage and amps out of batteries you want by wiring the cells together in parallel and series, right? right???

the point of this is the cobalt free and fast charging, which are both good.

‘I don’t care, I want out’: Tesla fans dumping stock in 'irreparably damaged' company

the stock market has a LOT of automated trade. when the price of a highly traded stock falls and reaches certain points it triggers limit orders to buy, and when it rises it triggers limit orders to sell. that's why you never see a clean rising line or falling line for more than a few days at a time, these auto orders run by the huge investment companies always stabilise things a bit. to see larger trends you have to scale up your chart to see past the stabilising periods.
