Stanford scientists regrow lost cartilage and reverse arthritis in major breakthrough

Maybe, but if PGE2 signaling is disrupted in non-cartilage tissues, it could promote abnormal growth or inflammation. For example, PGE2 has complex roles in cancer and fibrosis. And if the drug isn’t perfectly specific, it might inhibit other enzymes or pathways. This is because 15-PGDH is active in other tissues (e.g., liver, muscle, bone). Inhibiting it systemically might affect these tissues, though the study suggests localized joint injection could minimize this I suppose...

Why is it so hard to enjoy butt stuff? (as a AMAB)

I can relate to what you're saying. Also AMAB, but I think it relates to something psychosexual. Carl Jung believed that Eastern philosophical practices and Taoist exercise could bring about some form of enlightenment and ecstasy of life. It's not too far off from the psychedelic movement in the West these days... Anyway, a week or two ago, my wife was rimming me, and I realised I needed to combine both my anal and penile selves (think Freud) together to enjoy that moment. It's not easy but when you relax into it and balance your own yin/yang complete self, you can enjoy it... But if you don't, it'll feel like two different people in the same body. Hope that makes sense?

just remember

Back in the days of Napster, when everyone was using it... They turned a blind eye because it could've easily meant 90% of the population imprisoned or juvie, wasn't worth it at the time. So they made subscriptions possible, for music and for movies, shows and stuff. The illusion of choice is powerful to mask away your freedom of truly wanting what you want. When your playpen is narrowed down to only so few toys, you think your toys are truly what exists, and you forget to question why the playpen is even there.

You reached the end
