You played Half Life 2; and part of the appreciation for it comes from how well it tells the story via showing without telling. There's no intro monologue which outright says "humanity is under the boot of alien invaders and Gordon Freeman is the only hope for humankind," instead you hear Dr. Breen welcoming you to City 17 over large screens, see everyone wearing plain blue jumpsuit, watch them get their food from a dispensary, see a massive creature accompany troops down the street.
The second reason that game is beloved is the source engine physics puzzles, which were revolutionary at the time.

Manga called Berserk. Fair warning, it's intense and highly adult themed.

To people currently facing extreme cold, how are you guys doing?
Hit a snowbank with my car, so kinda shitty. Damage isn't too bad, but it's fucked up my morning.

Bullet wounds Goreg, who spends his free time insulting people with guns and is shot 10,000 a day, was an outlier and should not have been counted.

Maybe it's not your thing? IDK, I had a blast playing though those games (HalfLife 2 Episodes 1 & 2 as well,) they're actually still installed on my PC because I revisit them once a year or so. It's recommend giving it another spin if you can, there's a decent story in there.

[DISCUSSION] [SPOILERS] - The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes - Rachel Zegler, Tom Blyth, Viola Davis - Dir. by Francis Lawrence
I was surprised, but instead of a lazy cash grab this was a very good movie. It respects the universe it's in and doesn't break cannon, the characters are interesting and engaging, the plot was easy to follow and I didn't immediately notice any problems with it that took me out of the movie. I rolled my eyes at the katniss "callback," but otherwise had a good time with it. 8/10.

Free select screenshot tool for Pop

Thank you for this guide! I guess I wasn't clear about the functionality I was looking for. I want to be able to draw a shape, say a circle instead of a rectangle, and have the screenshot only be of what I've circled. Snipping tool in Windows had this functionality, you could select that instead of a rectangle or square it would be freeform. I wanted to know if there was any Linux equivalent, because I haven't been able to find one on my own.

Do people run lower roleplay focused D&D?
Have you considered trying out some of the older editions? AD&D (1st edition) tends to be less focused on roleplay and more about cooperative problem solving and dungeon delving. Of course it comes down to your DM and how they run their game. If you want I can post a link to a public discord and you can see for yourself.
