Edit: I don't comment nearly as much as I used to, but if you look back i'm confident I made significant strides toward making this space on the net more relevant/significant. Take from that what you will. I don't claim that as a point of pride or superiority: just stating things as they stand.

I was there in the early days, for better or for a worse, making this space what it has become.

You should really worry about the whole gamut of oral cancers.

I'm not saying vaping is better or worse, we don't have the data yet, but cigars and pipes demonstrably affect and damage more than just the throat tissue.

In response to concerns that the new r/homeautomation mod team could overlook posts with dangerous misinformation, the anonymous Redditor pointed me to the subreddit's sidebar, which has a disclaimer about the dangers of electricity. However, the disclaimer is only visible on old Reddit. The mod doesn't know why.
