I just go to e-bay and search for "refurbished lenovo thinkpad (model I want)" and look for sellers that have good ratings with the buy it now filter on because I don't have patience for bidding. If they have a warranty it should be fairly prominently featured on the page. Last time I got a 3rd gen touchscreen L14 for like $300 and it came with a 2 year warranty, runs Mint like a champ!

Quality has been dropping kinda sharply for a while now in all the major communities. Smaller more niche and professional communities seem to be less affected.

What you are describing effectively can't happen: The president doesn't really have the power to nullify entire laws passed by congress after they have been passed. The legislative branch would have to pass something to effectively get rid of it or the judicial branch would have to declare it unconstitutional.

The effects this would have would depend on the language of the bill that was passed or the ruling that was issued.
