Do you know every process around how the mechanic services your vehicle, how medicines are made that you consume, how food is curated that you consume, how energy is generated that you consume? People can't have intimate knowledge of every aspect of life, therefore if a company says "this is E2EE" you should be able to believe that at face value and rely on consumer protection agencies to follow up if it's inaccurate.

Just effectively they have monopolised, have unfair trading practices with small businesses that supply goods, are increasingly changing product for their own brand which then means the "lowest price guaranteed" is pretty null and void because you can't buy their items anywhere else.

My understanding is the initial plan was to reinforce where all the bullet holes had occurred. It was then pointed out that the planes were able to return with these bullet holes. Planes weren't returning where there were no bullet holes (i.e. clear space on the picture) so those areas should be reinforced to improve survivability.
